If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is the WORST dealership I’ve been to. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and advise everyone to stay far away from it.!!! I had brought in my 2019 Honda Civic because the car was telling me there were numerous problems like engine problem, sensor problems, etc. The car was also not starting properly. I was helped by Syed Abidi telling me there were numerous problems like engine problem, sensor problems, etc. The car was also not starting properly. I was helped by Syed Abidi and he personally looked over the car. It turns out some critters had chewed up the wiring under the hood. I was very upset to hear about the cost of the repair since I had just dealt with damages to the car, but he was able to make the repairs and was very kind and helpful. He provided photos and videos of the damages and explained the different paths to take to fix it, including the more cost effective one. The car was ready for pick up the next day. All in all very good service. If I ever have more issues I will definitely bring my car to him again. More
Hi, I had to trade my Toyota to get used car. With the help of manager ( Gavin) and Fiona ( finance manager) ,I would be able to get brand new car with lower advertising price and trade my car way higher help of manager ( Gavin) and Fiona ( finance manager) ,I would be able to get brand new car with lower advertising price and trade my car way higher than actual market. I definitely couldn't get deal without their help and advise, in addition I got lots of free stuff and free service. Very grateful and appreciative. Service department does not care. When asking about services they say they will have a service technical call you. They never do. When asking about a service done on your call they say they will have a services they say they will have a service technical call you. They never do. They never do. In short, they do not try to provide you with the services you need. They will instead ask you about paying for their tire storage service or tire alignment. I just traded my car in for not a Honda! More
I recently bought a car from Jared V. who was very professional and polite. Jared took the time to answer my many questions and I did not feel pressured in any way. Honda vehicles are good. However, you have to be very careful about the sales and the Financial Advisor here in this location! On July 27th, I came here to lease a CRV, Sales William Huang helped me. After the negotiation and I got a very good deal, so I paid a deposit of $500 to lease CRV, but it took a Financial Advisor 2 weeks to tell me how difficult it is to get the loan approved! Then I tried to lease Civic since it’s much cheaper and it may help me to get the loan approved. I find another Financial Advisor Fiona Liu, but she strongly "suggested" that I should buy a $1800 Advance Lease Guard to lease a basic Civic! I said this is too much and I just need a basic lease guard, she said, "I don't have any profit this way, then your loan will not be approved." I didn't want to waste any more time so I signed the contract. On the next day, she called me, said "The loan is approved, , but an extra co-signer is needed, so you need to add more money." I was very angry and sense something fishy, so I said I need more time. After several days of consideration, I decided not to lease the vehicle here, but sales William Huang refused to refund my $500 deposit, saying "They are very angry". I find it really ridiculous. First, if there is a profit, the loan will be approved the next day, and if there is no profit, then it took them 2 weeks to tell you the loan would not be approved. Secondly, they ask the deposit first, then increase the price right after, If you are not happy with the price, you will lose your deposit. Being extremely despicable and unfair, is this how you treat your customer, Markham Honda? Shamed on you! I like Honda Vehicle at the first place, but please be careful of these people when you deal with them in this location! Especially when giving a deposit! More

So I got my second vehicle (Honda CRV 2020) fro first vehicle was leased from Markham Honda and I was satisfied with the service Janice had provided. Today I took my Honda Odyssey for diagnostic of a problem (customer number 96572) I was facing with my car's parking sensors. He was professional, courteous, attentive and knew exactly what he was doing. I purchased my Odyssey from Markham Honda 3 years ago and have been to the dealership a number of times for service and repair. This was the first time I received such high quality service with a display of top of the line problem solving skills. Well done Syed. You are the main reason I will come back to Honda because otherwise my impression of Honda has been that it only wants to fleece its customers without providing value. Thanks for a job well done. More
