Other than Mr. Elvin Law who sold my husband his CRV and subsequent purchased my current CRV; Mr.Lawrence Koo was our first encounter with Markham Honda, Lawrence made us feel at home, providing legendary services from day one with patience, take time to explain the needs and solutions to the issues, providing unbiased advise and necessary information prior to any service performed to avoid any surprises afterward making every service visit an exceptional experience. The most recent visit to Markham Honda was pre-arranged with Lawrence prior, as we arrived we were greeted by Lawrence to set up the scheduled maintenance and informed us on approximate completion time. Later on advised us on findings of other issues that needed attention, he took the time to explain, provided quote for our approval prior to replacing and repairing necessary parts, advised us on new completion time in a professional, concerned manner to ensure our daily routine not being interrupted he offered us a courtesy ride home. Lawrence kept us informed on the progress as well as to follow up on the service through out the time to ensure prompt completion. Lawrence is only the reason I come home to Markham Honda for the past 19 plus years. More

Type B Service - Advised concern about rear brake - burning smell - diagnosed as a seized calliper. Ongoing concern about excessive engine oil consumption. I still do not think it is acceptable to need to add 1-2 litres of oil at least 3-4 times before the next oil change required. More

Poor Quality of Work but Good Service I brought in my car for repair after it went into limp mode. Paid over $900 and was told car was fixed...except it was not. Broke down on the road within minutes for the same problem again. They fixed it charging only labor for the second time and so far has been ok. But why are they charging me labor?? Shouldn't it be free of charge as the first repair has a 12 months/20000km warranty?. More
