Poor Quality of Work but Good Service I brought in my car for repair after it went into limp mode. Paid over $900 and was told car was fixed...except it was not. Broke down on the road within minutes for the same problem again. They fixed it charging only labor for the second time and so far has been ok. But why are they charging me labor?? Shouldn't it be free of charge as the first repair has a 12 months/20000km warranty?. More

While I waited I've been to Markham Honda before to service my first car. I did not want to take the shuttle because my destination would be too far. There are free donuts, coffee, and tea. I'm really glad there is a charging station. I would bring all my work there while charging my laptop. A man who sat next to me used the provided landline to do his own business while he waited for his car. The last time I came to service my car, I was told the job would take 1.5 hours. It took 2.5 hours and I was late for work. So I knew THIS time that I should prepare to be late for anything; hence I brought a lot of work to do on my laptop. I was told the job would take 1.5 hours again. Surely enough, the job took 3 hours. I guess I am happy that I know how to keep myself busy for a long time... but it would be nice if I was warned a proper duration in the first place. More

Very Long Wait Time - Need Improvement!! I made a pre-ordered winter tire from markham Honda with a service appointment for installation, and despite arriving 15 minutes ahead of my appointed I made a pre-ordered winter tire from markham Honda with a service appointment for installation, and despite arriving 15 minutes ahead of my appointed time, I waited for 4.5 hours before getting my car back. Of my many years of sending my car for service in different locations of Honda service, this is by far the longest wait and totally not acceptable. Please do something about your scheduling and do not take in more customer that your workshop can handle....lest you want to see your service quality drop and complaints increase!!! Ken Wong More

After an hour of waiting, our vehicle was still sitting on the lot untouched. When we went up to the service desk to inquire about the progress, the emotionless service lady who clearly did not seem to enjoy her job gave us a response that the technicians were very busy and they were trying their best. After another hour of waiting we finally received our vehicle back unwashed, and washer fluid that was not topped off, these previous mentioned services are usually provided by you're competitors without request. What was expected to be a 30 minute service took this dealer well over two hours to complete. My suggestion is in the future, if you know your technicians will be occupied, then don't over book appointments and keep your customers waiting. More
