When I bought this car they just intereseted to sale to me. When I bought this car I have paid extra for GPS but didn't work well. I have to followed with them 3-4 time then they change GPS. I have paid for rust proofing, but never follow up with me. Never explained in details. They were just interested to sold this car to me. As soon as I bought this car, No more customer service. I am doing oil change always with them but never happy with customer service. Always arguing with me. I bought this car from you, So it should be well in condition ( Machine ). It is certified but just to say but condition no good. When I went for first time oil change, they said that your car need so many things to repair and replace the parts. If I just bought from you and it was certified then in 4-5 months how come my car needs to repair and replace so many parts. That means you gave me car with very bad conditions. Never happy with this location. If you really doing good customer service, then I hope you will help me to repair and follow up with me car to make me happy. Let see what can you do for my car ? Other than Mr. Elvin Law who sold my husband his CRV and subsequent purchased my current CRV; Mr.Lawrence Koo was our first encounter with Markham Honda, Lawrence made us feel at home, providing legendary services from day one with patience, take time to explain the needs and solutions to the issues, providing unbiased advise and necessary information prior to any service performed to avoid any surprises afterward making every service visit an exceptional experience. The most recent visit to Markham Honda was pre-arranged with Lawrence prior, as we arrived we were greeted by Lawrence to set up the scheduled maintenance and informed us on approximate completion time. Later on advised us on findings of other issues that needed attention, he took the time to explain, provided quote for our approval prior to replacing and repairing necessary parts, advised us on new completion time in a professional, concerned manner to ensure our daily routine not being interrupted he offered us a courtesy ride home. Lawrence kept us informed on the progress as well as to follow up on the service through out the time to ensure prompt completion. Lawrence is only the reason I come home to Markham Honda for the past 19 plus years. More
