I originally brought my civic in for a brake job, plus it was almost due for B service so I figured I should just do that too. I had no idea how expensive a brake job would be... the labour was about 4x the cost of the parts themselves. Seems outrageous to me. Maybe I should switch jobs and become a mechanic. The gentleman driving the shuttle in the morning was a pleasure to talk to. He got me to work quickly, and was friendly and talkative. The gentleman who picked me up from work was a different story. He was not interested in talking at all, was not very friendly, and just genuinely seemed like he hated his job. More

oil change, dashboard noise issue Brought in the car for an old change. I also reported a dashboard fan noise that happens only when the car is stored outside, in the cold weather. I could only provide a video, as the noise is random. The service did not find the noise, could not fix it, but they did try to prevent it by lubricating the fans. She did not even ask me if I have any other concern about my vehicle aside from what I am booked for. She did not ask me if I am waiting or will be coming back at a later time. She did not show me where the waiting area is. This is simply poor customer service. Regarding the vehicle service aspect, the technician did not put a reminder sticker for the next service. Secondly, the engine oil was not filled to max level. Again, it's poor service. More
