Friendly people! I was told that someone would be with me shortly and was helped by Alvin, really nice guy by the way! He got all my information down quickly and called me when my car was ready to go. Acceptable service at dealership Having been to this dealership for the past 10+ years, I would say the last visit was better than some of the previous ones. It has met my expectation Having been to this dealership for the past 10+ years, I would say the last visit was better than some of the previous ones. It has met my expectation for the kind of service rendered. Unlike some of the previous services, Sophia was instrumental in looking through my history to see what services were completed previously on the vehicle rather than blindly offering work items (often unnecessarily). When reporting what work needs to be done, I would suggest that service reps do not mislead the clients by saying that 'we will give you a discount on this item' unless it is TRULY a discounted item. Sometimes, I would check back at the same work item that was previously completed several years ago and find that the cost is exactly the same!! More

Mediocre car dealership type service in this industry This is my first service performed on my new Honda Civic from this dealship where I bought the car. I can only summarize its service department as pro This is my first service performed on my new Honda Civic from this dealship where I bought the car. I can only summarize its service department as providing typical in their industry. The followings point out a few improvement that should be addressed. 1. It is an simple oil and filter change service ((code A) with an appointment. It took 2.5 hours to complete. In my opinion, it should take no more than 30min if the car is attended right at the time I dropped it off. 2. I told the service conusltant that I will be waiting inside the dealership for the service to complete and call me on my mobile phone when the car is ready. I did not receive the call 2-1/2 hrs later. Therefore I walked up to the service department and noticed that my car is sitting in one the parking space just outside the building. I am just wondering how long my car has been sitting there while I was waiting in the waiting area; and why nobody called me. 3. At this time, the original service consultant was not at his desk. Or cosultants of other desks are always on the phone (one call after another). It seems the the prioity is given to whoever called but not those waiting inline in front of the desks. Eventually I was helped by one Honda staff I managed to grab walking by. He did the final part of the paper work - signature, payment etc.; so that I can get the car key and take off. 4. No car wash was offered. My previous car is a VW and I was offered free car wash every VW service. I do not expect this from every dealership but this is something a customer will appreciate. More
