Service Came in at 10:15 a.m. on 11 March 2017 for a Type C service for my 2001 Civic. Did not have an appointment. Ming Bo Man said he was very busy and it w Came in at 10:15 a.m. on 11 March 2017 for a Type C service for my 2001 Civic. Did not have an appointment. Ming Bo Man said he was very busy and it would take about 3 hours. They do not have rental cars to offer. So I was going to take a ride in their courtesy van to the mall and asked to be picked up later. However at that time the van was already out. So I had to wait for a bit and boy was I glad I did as my car was in the shop within 45 minutes to begin work on. John worked on it very quickly and efficiently. I asked them to wash the car after the work which they promptly did. Ming Bo Man was very courteous and when I asked him about the Dilawri points card then he said he would get it done. I was worried about my clutch wearing and they though they gave me an estimate they told me the work was not required. I also told them about my sticking hood latch and they sprayed cleaner and fixed it. They even honoured a competitor dealer's coupon for $50 off. Was out in about 2 hours. Would recommend they introduce a loaner car service and ask each customer about Dilawri points. Pleasant experience. More
