bad experience I brought my van for service since day 1 to Markham Honda. I reported the problem multiple times and each time, they said they couldn't find the prob I brought my van for service since day 1 to Markham Honda. I reported the problem multiple times and each time, they said they couldn't find the problem. In the past, they lube the problem area and it's a temporary fix. This time I reported the issue again, they now want a diagnostics fee. Why wasn't I charged that fee each time when they inspected the issue. After my extended warranty is done, I am going else where. I will not be buying another Honda again. More

The operator did not mention anything about the part that the appointment need. I got a phone call for the reminder of the appointment and the guy did not mention anything about the part neither. When I got to the dealership for my appointment, the advised asked if I ordered the part for the appointment. I told her that the letter clearly asked me to book an service appointment since the part is NOW available for the recall. The advisor said NO, the customer had to order the parts ourselves even the letter said it is available. Note that there are no advice about ordering the part from day 1 when I called to book the appointment and when the guys talked to me on the phone reminding the appointment time. Obviously I wasted my time to go to the dealership and did not get the airbag service done. I had to lineup the other side, ordered the part myself and book another appointment on the other day. On the other day I had the appointment @ 10:30, I expected to leave the car for 1 hour and a half as I were told from whoever called me for the reminder of the appointment. However, the advisor said that it will take 2 - 3 hours to finish the job as she has so many jobs line up before mine. Then I asked what is the use of making the appointment @ 10:30, if the job is not able to start at the designated time. The advisor then said it does not matter the appointment time. I could have drop off the car early morning on the day then and no need to wait to drop off the car at the appointment time 10:30 will totally avoid going to this dealership for any kind of service again, will also tell anyone I know about the incident. More
Had to ask for car wash Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed the car was still dirty. I had to go back and ask for it to be washed. I left the car there for half a day. Shouldn't it be a mandatory that you get a car wash after service? I even saw the reminder that says wash the car upon release leading to the service door. I had to wait for another 10 minutes or so to be done. Total waste of time. So disappointing. More

Sold expensive vehicle than market and with faults I bought a used 2009 civic from Markham honda through reference yet the salesmen sold 2009 civic very basic model 127km driven too expensive. I paid 8500 which I found 3000 expensive than market in comparison for sinilar model. After buying car the engine starting make weird and heavy sounds and roof paint starting to fade in white patches within a year of sale. Sometime excel sound or suspension problem were also noticed. I am utterly disatified by this sale and would highly not recommend. More

a very bad client experience Had a very bad client experience and been fooled by the dealer in Markham Honda. The sales person is lied for the car lease rate!!! Sales person promised client for 0.99% when leasing a car as verbally disclosure. When client agreed for the sale, take advantage of client not speaking or reading English well. Changed the rate on the contract to extremely high as 4.99% and did not disclosure to the client. Client trusted the sales person who speaks the same language and signed wherever the sales person ask to. All the features confirmed by the sales person verbally included the 0.99 rate, had another witness during the sales event who heard the sales promised the rate as 0.99% as well; client also had records in Chinese communication app (wechat) as confirmation. When client calls back to complain the rate different, sales person denied to help the client and one of sudden changed her wording to not knowing the rate either, it has to go with the contract. Client was not fully understood the contract as a non-english speaking person. By the client's request, I helped her to type this story since she would not able to type all these in English. English is my second language, I definitely want to share this sadness story to everyone. If you get a chance to see this. Please be very careful when you are signing anything with Markham Honda!!! No one there will protect or help you even though they speak the same language like you and their face could change after you sign some contracts that you are not aware of. If you had a similar story or experience like this, please let people know. Do not let Markham Honda fool you!!! More
