Most of the positive reviews are for their sales dept but let’s talk after sales service. The place is empty and there are two advisors. One of his computer and another chatting with a staff. You are standing in front of them and they don’t even acknowledge. I stood in front of the person who is on pc and he kept doing what he was doing like I am invisible. At least acknowledge that you will get to me? I serviced my van here. Too expensive and most service center wash your car but not this one. I hope it improves for everyone. More

I hate having to write such a review and hate even more the methods I now have to resort to in order to get MY money back. I ordered a Honda Civic back February of 2022, with a plan to pay fully in cash with a certified cheque. At the time of order, I also placed an order for a set of winter tires. The salesperson who I had to deal with’s name is Pervais. On the contract, the car delivery MAXIMUM date was set at sometime in May (they told me at the time it would be certainly earlier than that). I received no communication whatsoever from this dealership and my calls were ignored until they FINALLY had enough of my calls and agreed to give me the car IN JULY. At the time, I didn’t think too much of it as I understood there were shortages all around the world. However, I had already moved 6 hours away from Toronto, so getting the car was inconvenient at best. To make matters worse, the tires I ALREADY PAID FOR were not available when I got there. They told me I would have to come back “later” to pick them up. After some back and forth, they agreed to deliver the tires to a dealership in Quebec as they are under the same management. Well, fast forward many months, now we are in the midst of snow storms AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TIRES. The salesperson Pervais has blocked me and has not answered nor returned my calls in months. The dealership picks up the phone and hangs up on me when as soon as they pick up, or will tell me a manager will call back who never does. Even Honda head office has now opened an investigation into this dealership. YOU NEED TO AVOID GIVING THE PEOPLE HERE YOUR MONEY AT ALL COSTS. I am having to drive under dangerous winter conditions. I have asked for a refund over and over again so that I could just buy winter tires elsewhere, however they are refusing to refund me. The only way I can describe the people I have dealt with her (especially Pervais and Danish) are that they are conmen and THIEVES. They WILL steal your money and will block you from getting it back. I have now had to resort to getting a lawyer in order to try and resolve this issue. I will try my best to warn people about this dealership as best I can. Please, at least make very careful consideration when deciding to do any sort of business with the criminals here. More

I was told I would get 2 complementary oil changes at any Dilwari dealer, and 2 months after, they decided not to honour it, even though it was stated on the purchase agreement. Find another dealer- It's not worth it. More
I have seen problematic comments for this dealership. I have had issues with servicing CR-V but the approach I took to describe issue in an email and received an excellent attention from the Service Man I have had issues with servicing CR-V but the approach I took to describe issue in an email and received an excellent attention from the Service Manager Mr. Jerry Chu. Issues were resolved to my satisfaction and his offer to pick up and deliver the vehicle back to home is a gesture well appreciated. I did consider changing the service location but based on the most recent experience, I will continue and give them benefit of doubt. More
Be aware of unnecessary services and overpriced parts. I took my 2016 civic to replace the AC condenser. It is a well known problem with the civic. Honda extended the warranty to 10 years. They said they would charge a $139.99 diagnostics fee if there is any other problems with the AC. I accepted. After the inspection, Syed Abidi, the service advisor, told me the compressor also need to be replaced, as it was also leaking badly. He said the compressor could not hold any charge. A new Honda compressor costs $3000, and an aftermarket one costs $1500. Syed also showed me another customer's invoice with $2000 compressor replacement. He tried to prove to me that the compressor was a common problem also. Luckily I have a trusted mechanic who told me to take the car to another Honda dealer. Formula Honda also did a diagnostic on the AC unit and found no problem with the compressor. They replaced the condenser for free and the AC has been working well so far (3 weeks). Furthermore, a Honda compressor only cost $1800 at Formula Honda, far less than $3000 at Markham Honda. I took both invoices back to Markham Honda and demanded my money back. They did refunded the diagnostics fee, but refused to acknowledge their wrong doing. Jerry Chu, the service manager only said they shouldn't had charged me the diagnostics fee. I had no idea what he meant. More

He also told me we needed to get a safety certificate even though on the contract it specifically said we did not need it. We confronted them about it and they simply said it was an additional fee that they charge EVEN THOUGH we had signed a contract when we got the lease. We ended up going to another dealership who was transparent with the cost and did not charge us extra. 2 - AC broke in 2019, luckily it was part of the recall and we got it fixed. Fast forward to 2022 and AC breaks again, keep in mind this is a new 2018 Civic, low mileage. We bring it to Markham Honda and they tell me that both condenser and compressor are broken, and only condenser is under warranty so it will cost me $2500. We ended up bringing the car to an independent mechanic and he tells me there is nothing broken, only needed more Freon and voila my AC is fixed. I wanted to warn all of you to NEVER lease your car here or do any car repairs, they will try to find anything to gouge you of your money. Buyers beware and do NOT support this scummy company. More
