The sales advisor agreed to give include winter mats but forgot to write it on the agreement therefore the dealership refused to honour it even though the advisor acknowledged their mistake. 2. Have followed up for over a year and a half regarding a warranty claim on a headlight seal Still no resolution. I believe they purposefully dragged it out past the warranty claim period to avoid having to do anything. 3. Was offered a discount on an oil change by phone. I then later called back to book said oil change and had the discount confirmed by phone. I arrive to drop off the car they ask me for an email I never received to confirm the discount. In three separate phone calls with Markham Honda and their service advisor not a single time was the word email mentioned. More

This is the first time in my life! Was told that a sleepy apprentice did that stupid mistake. I bought my car in and rely on your professional service as a I am paying top dollars for the service. Really shocked. Even if you let an apprentice to finish the job, shouldn't it be some senior to look at it and sign off first before given back to customer. even though they fixed it right away after i pointed out the mistake, this is not acceptable.
