Great service but The service is great (Ming is the best) but for loyal customers like me who had 2 vehicles purchased and serviced at this dealership for a decade now, The service is great (Ming is the best) but for loyal customers like me who had 2 vehicles purchased and serviced at this dealership for a decade now, cost of issue diagnosis and labor for parts repair/replacement are just way too high. As a side note: the durability of my 2011 Odyssey is questionable. A/C leaks, automatic sliding door breaking down for a van at only 50k mileage is unheard of. More

Terrible My experience was ruined from the beginning when I booked the appointment with Maggie. She shows no sympathy and care amid three warning lights came My experience was ruined from the beginning when I booked the appointment with Maggie. She shows no sympathy and care amid three warning lights came on, engine light, steering light and traction light. She coldly told me to come back next week even I told her it's an emergency. I finally booked the appointment after escalating to the service manager. I had to leave the car at the dealership over the weekend due to parts order delay. The service advisor was friendly and gave me update on the status. When I called in later to check the status, I believe I got Maggie again and she ruined the experience again. She failed to find my service details after I gave her my phone number, licence plate and name. She kept saying she couldn't find it and didn't offer to check with the advisors on duty until I told her. And of course she was able to find it after putting me on hold. Don't know what else to say..... More
