Terrible My experience was ruined from the beginning when I booked the appointment with Maggie. She shows no sympathy and care amid three warning lights came My experience was ruined from the beginning when I booked the appointment with Maggie. She shows no sympathy and care amid three warning lights came on, engine light, steering light and traction light. She coldly told me to come back next week even I told her it's an emergency. I finally booked the appointment after escalating to the service manager. I had to leave the car at the dealership over the weekend due to parts order delay. The service advisor was friendly and gave me update on the status. When I called in later to check the status, I believe I got Maggie again and she ruined the experience again. She failed to find my service details after I gave her my phone number, licence plate and name. She kept saying she couldn't find it and didn't offer to check with the advisors on duty until I told her. And of course she was able to find it after putting me on hold. Don't know what else to say..... More
Very poor customer service I have 3 bad experience in the Markham Honda in the service department First time: i call to to make appointment for oil change and they said they h I have 3 bad experience in the Markham Honda in the service department First time: i call to to make appointment for oil change and they said they have express lane for oil change, so that why I do not need to make appointment and just come will be fine. But when I get their the service man told me I have to wait 2 hours. And I ask that man why you guy said you have express? That man answer me "you are not only customer ". Second times: I go their to do the oil change without appointment because they say no need for oil change only. But they told me they can not do it for me when I get their because I don't have appointment. I feel sick. And than I ask the man try to help me I can wait , but he said they're to busy so they can't to it and told me make appointment next time. Third times: I make appointment at 11:00 am for oil change, I arrived at 10:40 am to do the paperwork. I ask the service man my car can be done at 1:00 pm or not , that is more than 2 hours, and the man said should be ok. I feel good. Than I wait in the dealership, at 1:06pm I walking around and I saw my car stop at the same spot when I come . And than I go to ask the service man my car is ready or not and he said should be done and he go to check for me . At 1:16pm I saw someone driving my car to the express area to do the job for my car and the service man sitting inside and not coming out to tell me what happen. I feel bad with that kind of service, so I looking for the manager to tell him all the things happened to me. At 1:40pm the other service man bring my key and say sorry to me for waiting. I don't know where is the original service man going. The oil change only take half hour to get it done I don't know why the service people keep telling the customers waiting for 2 hours. More

Exceeded expectation I simply wanted my winter tires switched back to all season so I dialed the Honda phone number I found online. They set an appointment at a very convenient time and at the nearest dealership. Alvin handled everything professionally when I dropped in. I thought having tire-change done at Honda dealerships are lot more expensive compared to other third party shops. Afterwards, I asked for quotations on other services and I was surprised that these were very competitive compared to the prices of other small shops. And Honda has free coffee or tea, and wifi. 😀 I'm definitely doing all my car services with Honda dealerships from now on. Specially the Markham branch. More
