Rude and arrogant customer service I had my 2013 CRV towed to this location because it is the closes to my home. When I called on a Monday morning to let them know that the car is in th I had my 2013 CRV towed to this location because it is the closes to my home. When I called on a Monday morning to let them know that the car is in their parking lot because it just died in the middle of the highway, I was unable to reach anyone until 8:30 am. They open at 7 am. So, for about an hour and a bit I was calling and getting the machine. When the shuttle service driver came to pick me up I told him how I've been trying for over an hour to get a hold of someone, he told me that everyone in the service side was already there at 7 and that they let him in. So, they don't answer calls when they're supposed to be open, which is quite frustrating. Then, once I did get through, they put me on "hold" and hung up on me. Finally I arrived and was asked to make an appointment. I told the service girl that I don't want an appointment, I want to tell her that my car has broken down and it was towed there and could she get me a rental until they fix this car. She told me I would have to pay for a rental and that I would have to pay for them to look at the car. The car is just a lease, I don't own the car, and the car has extended warranty. The girl claimed my car doesn't have extended warranty. I had to call the dealership in Niagara falls where I purchased the car to verify that I indeed had extended warranty. After a long battle, they looked at the car and gave me a rental- however, they told me I would have to pay for the rental. I refused as its not my fault the car's engine failed. Finally, they agreed to give me the rental for one day free. I once again said that I am not paying for the rental at all until my car is fixed. It took them about 5 days to fix the car and I had to send my old service records for them to review as this issue had occurred before. While I was at the dealership I asked to speak to a financial advisor in helping me get out of my lease early (I have 4 more payments left). The financial person was inadequate and had no idea what he was doing. He said he can definitely get me out and give me a new car. I said I don't feel safe in their cars anymore and just want out of the lease so I can take my business elsewhere. The financial person when over to talk to someone else and left me for about 15 mins to go to service desk to see whats happened with my car. When he came back he told me that he can't help me because I didn't buy the car there. Like what!? Last time I checked, a honda is a honda no matter where you buy it. He told me to call Honda Canada. I asked him to call them as I am there already. He claimed he's not able to call them and that I have to do it. Overall, my experience with this Honda dealership and the one in Niagara falls has been horrible. Because of this crappy service along with Honda Canada unwillingness to help a loyal paying customer for over 9 years, has made me never ever want to buy a Honda again...which is sad because I actually loved their vehicles. The only helpful person was Alvin which is the service manager and he was really nice after the fact that the car was fixed. More

Great service but The service is great (Ming is the best) but for loyal customers like me who had 2 vehicles purchased and serviced at this dealership for a decade now, The service is great (Ming is the best) but for loyal customers like me who had 2 vehicles purchased and serviced at this dealership for a decade now, cost of issue diagnosis and labor for parts repair/replacement are just way too high. As a side note: the durability of my 2011 Odyssey is questionable. A/C leaks, automatic sliding door breaking down for a van at only 50k mileage is unheard of. More
