The quality of work is great as expected from the dealership however I was most surprised by the excellent level of service. Alvin Zhang was very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and presented me with the best options in my situation. In my experience I felt that Alvin went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the underlying issues with my car and at no point did I feel that he was being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership and their service adviser, Alvin Zhang. I will definitely be coming back here for my next scheduled maintenance! More

Mis-diagnosis of problem I went to Markham Honda on 2017-06-19 to diagnose a noise in my car (RO# 519980). I had purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V from them in 2012. I was told I went to Markham Honda on 2017-06-19 to diagnose a noise in my car (RO# 519980). I had purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V from them in 2012. I was told the noise was from the drive belt and tensioner. Alvin ZHANG insisted that the foreman had taken it for a test drive and diagnosed it. My mechanic told me that was NOT the problem. He insisted it was the bearing on the rear drive shaft. I had the belt and tensioner changed, and sure enough, that was NOT the problem. Alvin had insisted that he was 99% sure that was the problem, but wouldn't guarantee it or refund the money I wasted. PS - they even left a snap-on wrench in my engine. I'm waiting for them to ask for it back! More
