Alvin Zhang was very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and presented me with the best options in my situation. In my experience I felt that Alvin went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the underlying issues with my car and at no point did I feel that he was being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership and their service adviser, Alvin Zhang. I will definitely be coming back here for my next scheduled maintenance! More

Mis-diagnosis of problem I went to Markham Honda on 2017-06-19 to diagnose a noise in my car (RO# 519980). I had purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V from them in 2012. I was told I went to Markham Honda on 2017-06-19 to diagnose a noise in my car (RO# 519980). I had purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V from them in 2012. I was told the noise was from the drive belt and tensioner. Alvin ZHANG insisted that the foreman had taken it for a test drive and diagnosed it. My mechanic told me that was NOT the problem. He insisted it was the bearing on the rear drive shaft. I had the belt and tensioner changed, and sure enough, that was NOT the problem. Alvin had insisted that he was 99% sure that was the problem, but wouldn't guarantee it or refund the money I wasted. PS - they even left a snap-on wrench in my engine. I'm waiting for them to ask for it back! More
