Bought 2018 Odyssey My wife and I made two visits to Markham Honda. Nikki was great. Taking his time with us as we had our baby with us the first trip and grandma. We wer My wife and I made two visits to Markham Honda. Nikki was great. Taking his time with us as we had our baby with us the first trip and grandma. We were nervous looking at a van as it was much larger than what we had. Nikki explained the features well and the test drive was good experience. We had never driven a Honda before. The second time back we had in our mind that if the price was fair we would buy a van. Nikki let us test drive the van a bit longer and visit their storage lot to see the colour we were eyeing. Once we got back they looked over our trade I and we all agreed on a price and fair package. I will be making Markham Honda our dealership for all service they are a great team. More

B1 service was ok I was served promptly when I arrived for my scheduled appointment in the morning and I appreciated the shuttle ride home after I dropped off my vehicl I was served promptly when I arrived for my scheduled appointment in the morning and I appreciated the shuttle ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. The additional charges were explained to me before the work was done and I got the vehicle back within the time they indicated. My issue is with the handling of the "Engine Emissions Problem". I've been to the dealership on 3 other occasions prior to this and each time I was told that it was bad gas after a cursory review and sometimes none at all. Coincidentally, now that I've scheduled and paid for the B1 service, it is determined that a software update was needed and now everything should be ok. My question is, why wasn't this diagnosed and fixed from the first time it was brought to your attention? More

Needs improvement Overall my first car experience has not been that great. 3 issues with the car,all 3 were not fixed and it was not communicated to me what the next st Overall my first car experience has not been that great. 3 issues with the car,all 3 were not fixed and it was not communicated to me what the next step would be. The technician/s seem to display a lack of care for the job and the customer. The issues I made the appointment for was not fixed and the tech did a lousy job of inspecting the car for the issue. Listening is a big issue that needs to be addressed. I felt like I was not being taken serious when I pointed out the issue. Another issue is,they did not fix the eco button upon discovering the issue and my car gas mileage was at 10L/100km when I picked it up,yet it was at 7.6L/100km when dropping it off and the nfc charging pad was on and hot More

I even got a call from the courtesy shuttle driver when he left to pick me and when he was 2 min away. And Alvin was great too. Friendly and helpful. Awesome job.
