I was booked for a wrong service and when I reach they tell When they customer service called me they clearly stated that it is an oil filter change service and what is the price for the service as well. So I b When they customer service called me they clearly stated that it is an oil filter change service and what is the price for the service as well. So I booked my appointment for service and when I reach there the lady tells me that it is a B service which will cost $218. Iwas shocked to hear that and I todl her why did they give me the wrong information when I booked my car service. Now you wasted my time and I ended up paying $200 for a service. After that they tell me a recommendation for spark plug change which will cost me another $289, Wow......I was shocked and told them just finish the service and give my car back. Will never go back, they are just a ripp off......Make sure you tell you customer what they are coming for and not mislead them and waste their time and money. More

Bought 2018 Odyssey My wife and I made two visits to Markham Honda. Nikki was great. Taking his time with us as we had our baby with us the first trip and grandma. We wer My wife and I made two visits to Markham Honda. Nikki was great. Taking his time with us as we had our baby with us the first trip and grandma. We were nervous looking at a van as it was much larger than what we had. Nikki explained the features well and the test drive was good experience. We had never driven a Honda before. The second time back we had in our mind that if the price was fair we would buy a van. Nikki let us test drive the van a bit longer and visit their storage lot to see the colour we were eyeing. Once we got back they looked over our trade I and we all agreed on a price and fair package. I will be making Markham Honda our dealership for all service they are a great team. More
