Engine Mount Replacement On Thursday, May 4, 2017 I had an appointment with Markham Honda which I had taken a few weeks ago on the phone specifying that I need the front engin On Thursday, May 4, 2017 I had an appointment with Markham Honda which I had taken a few weeks ago on the phone specifying that I need the front engine mount changed for my 2001 Honda Civic. I had a written estimate given to me by Ming for a total including parts and labour but excluding taxes of $222 prior to taking the appointment. On that day I arrived for my 10:15 a.m. appointment I was told the price would be $222 less a 10% discount ($199.80) plus taxes and was kept waiting for over 2 hours. At the end of the 2 hours Ming told me that the part was not in stock and that the written estimate was incorrect and the cost would be $40 higher. I had to drive back without having the work done. I was very disappointed with this and hence emailed the Service Manager, Graham Miller about this issue. Graham responded within one day and set the ball in motion to put things right. He confirmed the correct part was in stock, he wrote to me honouring the original lower estimate and set up an appointment for me for May 10 per my convenience. On that day, I asked for him and he personally gladly served me and had the job done quickly and correctly. He also had my brakes inspected as I was noticing issues and gave me honest and good advice telling me there was no urgent brake work needed. He even sent the car for a wash as the technician had not. Basically, I remained a Markham Honda customer due to the exceptional service provided by Graham Miller. More

Excellent service Once again I received the highest customer service from the service consultant-Mr. Lawrence Koo. I must say this is beyond my expectation and his serv Once again I received the highest customer service from the service consultant-Mr. Lawrence Koo. I must say this is beyond my expectation and his service performance is a rare find. He took care of my appointment right a way. Asked / verified what exactly what needed to get done and marked down what time I wanted the car back ! He called me to advise me ASA the car was fixed so no time wasted. After I took and car back and realized the tire pressure warning sign was on -I called him and received a call back almost immediately to explain and GUIDE me to initiate the RESET. My worry is gone ! This is the type of customer service expectation although very high that a car dealership should have . Due to the shear large work load of car service on a daily basis and the amount of pressure put on the service consultants--customer complaints, heavy work loads, interfacing between the repair techs and customers--etc. Those service consultants that can deal with the situation case by case basis and adjust accordingly , not rattled, and get their jobs done consistently is very hard to find--Mr. Lawrence Koo is one of them ! More
