Where Lexus of London further exceeds the high expectations for the brand is in their service. Romeo is knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind and efficient. He makes recommendations for all our vehicles that are well thought out and he considers cost, timing and the value add for the service. We look forward to our regular scheduled service visits and always leave with a sense of being taken care of and treated fairly.
