Rick was a very patient man . I ask a lot of question and I am someone who will take the reins and tell him exactly what I want , he was very open to my requests. We have been dealing with Lexus since 2004, have fully serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came back great till 2022 when it took another little dip in personal department, but have come back with a well running overall crew, keep up the great work. January 17th, 2025 I purchased a 2023 Lexus from Lexus of London, My sales rep was Steve MacIsaac and the entire experience was phenomenal. Steve knew exactly the car I was looking for and made it his priority to find the right vehicle for me. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and great to deal with. I drove up from Windsor and Steve ensured he stayed at the dealership till I arrived. I have to definitely state that when you walk into this dealership you can already feel the VIP treatment. I have to admit that I am not the most patient person but this establishment with its amazing customer service thanks to Steve; I came away a very satisfied customer.
