I was really sold on HONDA as a brand after I purchased my 2005 Pilot. The service provided by Halton Honda was good but not exceptional. Image Honda became my dealership of choice and our last 2 vehicle P my 2005 Pilot. The service provided by Halton Honda was good but not exceptional. Image Honda became my dealership of choice and our last 2 vehicle Purchases have been made at your dealership. We really feel welcomed each time we visit. Service is done and the service rep is out to see us should there be a requirement beyond the service order. Situations are explained and options are given. The sales team is eager and aggressive without having to utilize the "hard sell". You will get the opportunity to solve my personal transportation problems! More
Awsome, just awsome, best experience ever. only issues were: a 2 week delay getting our Honda CRV and an automated letter telling me I owed two months payment on our Honda Insight, all of the team listed above were extremly professional, helpful and an automated letter telling me I owed two months payment on our Honda Insight, all of the team listed above were extremly professional, helpful, enthusiastic, supportive, polite, and all issues were resolved as soon as humanly possible, I would also like to mention, when Rob was off his fellow salesstaff, Amy, Paula or Julie were always helpful with our many questions. Rob's enthusiasm and dedication were comforting, so there was the minimum stress.Dealing with Paula and Julie was like dealing with family and Amy is an exceptionable receptionist, helpful, courteous and has an extremely pleasant personality. The service department has maintained it's level of quality we have come to expect over the last 20 years, other than I would like to see prices lower, we can't ask for better staff especially Tony. The staff in all departments answered our questions, trust me there were mega, were patient with my husband's stufpidity when he thought the car delay was someone sold his car, as if, and Julie was helpful in explaining the automated letter, which freaked me out. Paula gave us several options on how we could obtain a new vehicle without having to sell my first born, and Amy besides being the centre of the phone circle, took the time out to show my husband how to work the coffee machine, and the service department made our new Honda shine inside and out and did the paint and fabric treatment amazingly, they very quickly moved the rust module the day of our pick up so there would not be any additional delay. I hope this explains why we still go back and back to this Honda Dealership. More
One of the areas of my car starting rusting and I believed it was a result of the body work that Image had done on my car. My car is fairly new so i didn't think it was the age of my car, etc. I appr believed it was a result of the body work that Image had done on my car. He listened with an open ear and didn't state any opinions or assumptions. He told me that he would check my file and see if the body shop had actually worked on the area where the rust is located and if they did, it would be covered under warranty. After Luke looked into my file, he told me that my claim was approved and therefore, covered under warranty. The rust spot on my car was fixed and I haven't any problems with it; however, Luke reassured me that if any problems occured in the same area, I could bring my car back and have it fixed (providing it was approved). I was impressed by Luke's customer service. He took the time to listen to me and to look into my problem. He was fair and objective. I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off or shrug off my problem. Because of that, he gained my trust as a customer. I would recommend Image Honda to anyone. More

I needed to get my bumper replaced after being hit by another driver. When I brought it to the image Honda, I was greeted by Luke, the assistant manager. He came out, took a look at my car and was very another driver. When I brought it to the image Honda, I was greeted by Luke, the assistant manager. He came out, took a look at my car and was very good at listening to my concerns. I drive for a living, so he arranged to have most of the work done ahead of time to get the new bumper ready. When I brought my car in they had me in and out in an hour and a half and my car looks fabulous!! I am amazed at their work, but mostly impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I would not hesitate to send anyone there!!! More

My experience at Image Honda has always been a pleasant one. I made the mistake of using Sterling this past Oct because I needed an oil change in a hurry....there is NO COMPARISON!!! My family has leased/purchased 6 vehicles from Image Honda. Rob goes above and beyond to ensure we are getting the best deal/rate/payment options. My daughter needed to have her lease taken over and J Honda. Rob goes above and beyond to ensure we are getting the best deal/rate/payment options. My daughter needed to have her lease taken over and Julie helped facilitate the deal even though there was nothing in it for the dealership. A warranty issue was settled quickly with quality work. Honda makes great cars that need nothing more than gas and basic maintenance to keep running. No surprises. More
