Purchased a new vehicle in cash. Third new vehicle purchase in 5 years, from this dealership. Previous Honda Civic involved in an accident, and "written off" by insurance company. Vehicle had extended warranty, and was told by staff at Image that they would take care of a refund for remaining balance of warranty for vehicle written off. Have been waiting almost 3 months, no answers, despite leaving messages. Referred 2 other customers to dealership expecting referral bonus, but only received bonus for one referral. No more Hondas from this dealership! More

Overall,our experience was a very positive and pleasant one. Both Andy,and Julie were very informative and friendly and their product knowledge helped guide us throughout the purchase of our new 2012 Civic one. The decision to purchase our second SI from Image Honda was an easy one. We have always received excellent and honest customer service. The price was competitive for the quality of the vehicle, and when my husband first test drove it with Andy, he was sold. The CUSTOMER SERVICE this dealership gives to their potential clients and existing clients is absolutely above and beyond! Please let me explain.... I was out shopping for a new car on a Saturday and time was flying; I was at a competitor dealership of a different brand of vehicles being pressured to sign on the dotted line because if I didn't on that day the interest rate was going to increase on Monday. I was really wanting to check out Honda before I decided but time was ticking. I decided to take a chance and I left to go to Image Honda with just 10 minutes before they closed. I walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and welcomes and five minutes before shutting down for the day Ralph took the time to speak to me, allow for a test drive and go over every fine detail; 3 hours after closing time, Billy was doing the paperwork and I was a very happy and proud owner of a new Honda! I appreciated their "overtime" immensely!!!! My next issue was that the car I was currently driving was no longer roadworthy and I needed my new Honda as soon as possible and Billy and Ralph managed again to jump through hoops to get me into my new "SAFE" Honda vehicle as quickly as possible! After a busy weekend of sales and being the very last on the list of buyers, I was in my new Honda in 3 business days! These men are amazing at Customer Service! The next fabulous Customer Service experience I had was when Image Honda gave a Client Information night shortly after receiving my vehicle. The opportunity to meet the Staff and go through every detail of the Service Department was unexpected and very informative; this is when I truly felt a part of the Image Honda family! The extra step that they offer to reinforce the fact that they truly care about their clients; they don't just take your money and send you on your way, they take as much time as YOU need to feel confident in your purchase. To increase the happiness I was feeling even more, Tony provided me with free Nitrogen in my tires and I won a Honda car detailing kit! There are other details I could share that would continue to put Image Honda above the rest but this review is getting quite lengthy. I'll just say when I lost my key, Honda was there with empathy, care and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS WOMEN HAS EVER HAD! I have a fantastic Honda vehicle and a dealership where I feel like everybody knows my name and they're always glad I came;) Oh and I should mention.... Even though we were buying an older model Civic that was very inexpensive, we were treated the same as if we were buying a top-end new vehicle. Rob took us on a thorough test drive and explained all the features of the car, and was kind enough to stay in touch to keep us posted on the progress being made on the service requirements of our little gem. When we arrived on 'delivery day' , all the staff treated us with friendly, smiling faces while Rob literally ran about loading the snow tires into the magnificently detailed car. I have purchased several vehicles, both new and used, from many dealers and I can safely say that Rob and his crew provided the best experience I've ever had. Despite the low dollar value on an older vehicle we were made to feel important and appreciated! When we are ready to make our next new vehicle deal, our first visit will be to Rob at Image Honda. I had a dent on my roof and some paint removed from either a brick or rock being thrown at my 2003 Honda Accord. After visiting three other auto body shops, I decided to contact Image Honda since the body shops had provided very costly estimates. Luke was very helpful and personable on the phone. I attended at the shop after work. I explained to Nick that I couldn't afford the estimates the other shops had given and I was mostly concerned with the rust and not so much with the two dents on the roof. Nick immediately contacted the parts department and confirmed that they had the correct paint colour. I purchased the paint and Luke touched up the roof. This took a whole 15 minutes max. I have to say this was the best and honest service I received all week. I will be getting a new vehicle in a few years and I will certainly purchase another vehicle at Image Honda. More
