I smashed my driver's side mirror and called around for pricing and Image Honda had a cheaper price than the other Hamilton dealer. Luke was very professional but I hope I never have to see him again. When I received my recall notice letter, I didn't hesitate to call Image even though I live much closer to Halton Honda. Chantal was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She worked with my schedule and when I dropped it off, Tara was there to greet me and was very friendly. She explained everything well and while I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice the cleanliness of the waiting area. I will return for future work even thought as I stated, it out of the way for me, but well worth it. More

My wife and I visited Image Honda in 2012 and Mike was extremely helpful when I advised him that we were taking our time in purchasing a new vehicle. I informed him we were going to keep Image Honda in mind and visit other dealers such as Chrysler, Toyota and Nissan. Mike was very persistent and very helpful in calling us every 4 months or so informing us of the great rates and deals that became available at Image Honda. After about a year of visiting different dealers we always kept in mind what Mike was telling us about Honda and so in 2013 we decided to put our bad experiences with other dealers aside and stick with Mike at Image Honda. Once we visited the dealer, all sales people were busy but Billy approached us in a very friendly and professional matter that just made my wife and I feel right at home. We told him exactly what we wanted and he pointed out the 2013 showroom CRV. We fell in love and Billy assured us they could have us in our dream car by Saturday. He also gave us a great deal on the showroom package, lol. Billy asked my wife to display the SOLD sign in the car and we knew we were going to finally have our dream car. Julie was so helpful in getting us approved and answering all of our questions regarding buying out the vehicle and rust protection package. Other dealers we visited had us wait for someone to approach us, promised they would call and never did. One actually had us postpone the test drive because he was done work in a few minutes. Needless to say we were treated so friendly from day1. Mike is a true professional and with sales people like Billy, they have really won us over. I will only service my car at Image Honda in the future and when my wife decides to purchase her Honda Fit, We will only be going to Image Honda. More

So far the car is awesome, the standard and optional features are a wonderful value for the price. (sunroof, heated seats, heads up display, backup camera, alloys, etc. etc).. very pleased so far!
