My first contact with Image Honda started last year when my 2001 Honda Civic was recalled for an airbag problem. I originally bought and dealt with Stirling Honda on Upper James so when I called to make an my 2001 Honda Civic was recalled for an airbag problem. I originally bought and dealt with Stirling Honda on Upper James so when I called to make an appointment for the recall, I was told that they could not accomodate my work schedule with their shuttle service therefore would have to lose time from work. This was not acceptable. They told me that no matter what, it wouldn't work out. I asked if they could give me a loaner and I was flat out refused. I asked them to hold on to the part and that I would call them back. NOW comes my contact with Image Honda. I phoned their service department and explained my problem. (I wish I knew their names, but I don't remember who they were but it was last year.) They told me that it would be NO problem if I wanted to bring my car to them for the recall. They would get me a loaner at no cost. So I phoned Stirling and let them know that I would no longer deal with their service department as the rudeness and poor service was a constant for the last many many years. Yes, they sold me a problematic car. Appointment at Honda Image was made for after work, I showed up, they took my car and explained that they would get me a rental at no charge. I asked them if I would just walk over to them (down the street and around the corner) and they stated, "Oh no, please turn around." When I did, I saw a man in a suit from Enterprise Rental WAITING FOR ME. Wowww!!!! When does that happen?? He gave me the keys and said he's see me the next day at around the same time. Again, Wow, what service. I never forgot that day, or that service that was given to me by Honda Image Service Department. IT WAS FOR THAT REASON THAT I DECIDED TO LOOK AT PURCHASING MY CAR AT HONDA IMAGE DEALERSHIP as opposed to Stirling Honda, Toyota, Masda, Hyndai...which were all in the running. During this past week, my 2001 Honda Civic needed a few thousand dollar service (quoted by Canadian Tire) and I was told that I really shouldn't put any more money into it as he saw many more things going wrong with it in the next little while. He suggested that I take the money and put it towards a new car. And that is what I decided to do. I drove my car to Enterprise Car rental on Barton and Centennial and rented a car for a week so that I could take my time looking around. My first stop was Image Honda. It was my first stop and my last stop. THEY DID EVERYTHING FOR ME INCLUDING HELPING ME SELL MY OLD CAR to a scrap yard. Adam even went to Enterprise to pick up my old car and drove it to Image so that my car could stay on their lot and it would be safer. I got a great deal for it too. Didn't expect this, but Adam was able to sell it for me. He didn't once ask for anything in return. No finders fee. Nothing. My salesperson was Adam. Adam was absolutely incredible with every little detail of the purchasing experience. He explained everything that I could possibly need to know and more. He was not condescending as sometimes happens when a woman is buying a car. In fact he complimented me on my knowledge (I did my homework) and also my many many pertinent questions. He had the patience of a saint. I spent 5 evenings at the delearship regarding this sale so it definitely was not easy for them, but somehow they managed to make me feel welcome like family each and every evening. They welcomed me with open arms even after my sale. I just can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had purchasing my 2014 Honda Civic EX. Adam was my main contact, however I also dealth with Billy who is the Assistant Manager. What an incredibly nice, honest, decent, knowledgeable human being. Thank you Billy for the gift of honour and respect. You came through with everything I needed. You and Adam make a great team of Sales Professionals. Last but not least there was Teresa Franciosa (Administrative Office). Teresa made it so easy to understand the importance of peace of mind with an extented warranty. When I told her that I just couldn't afford anything more, we actually figured out that actually I could. With cancelling my CAA and the money received from the sale of my old car by Adam, the extened warranty only ended up costing me an extra $85.00. Again, Wowwwwwww, who even thinks of these things when your mind is overwhelmed when you're in the middle of buying a new car. Not only this, but Teresa explained every detail of my car electronics system (I am not techie at all) not just once but several times until I understood. She took care of everything else including my insurance details, my ministry details ( I did not have to step foot in the Vehicle Ministry) once. They did it all. With the buying and selling of my cars. I noticed that people who were in there purchasing cars were mostly repeat customers who have purchased cars there before. That says a lot about Image Honda. I could go on and on about my incredible experience at Image Honda, but what I'd like you to do is experience it for yourselves and you be the judge. I did tell them that because of my lack of tech knowledge, I am sure that would be driving them crazy for the next few months with my my visits and questions. They told me to come in anytime I wanted even just to say hello. Now that is a dealership worthy of being called "IMAGE Honda" They live up to the name with everything that they do. SALES, SERVICE, ADMINISTRATIVE.........are all top notch. Thank you to all involved in helping me purchase my gorgeous white 2014 Honda Civic EX. I will definitely post more reviews when I have any servicing, road side assistance, etc. done. Thank you thank you thank you Billy, Adam and Teresa. Please don't ever leave Image Honda. You guys are the BEST!!! More

I have given this rating because the purchase experience dealing with Image Honda was by far the best I have had anywhere. The van was our 4th Honda purchase, and from the first email and phone call to the dealing with Image Honda was by far the best I have had anywhere. The van was our 4th Honda purchase, and from the first email and phone call to the final day on pick up, the team was very friendly and professional. Initially I couldn't understand why I had a specific time to pick up the van, until I got there. Every other purchase has been sign here, here are your keys. I couldn't believe the time that was taken in order for me learn about the features of the van and the assistance that was provided ensuring I was comfortable with everything the van offered. This just speaks to the professionalism again of the Image Honda team. It was the same when we went for a test drive, it didn't once feel like I was being sold a vehicle it was more of Peter showing me how the vehicle would fit my family's needs. More

Teresa explained the benefits and options of an extended bumper to bumper comprehensive package with road side assistance. We expect our next trip to include the Dempster , Inuvik and Top of the World Highway, 20-22000 km so the peace of mind of the comprehensive plan was ideal for us. All the people we were introduced to in the dealership such as the manager, the receptionist, and the service dept., were all about customer service. We just felt very comfortable. We bought a used Accura 3 years ago from Image Honda, we dealt with Ralph DiGennaro at the time and found him to be very up to date on the product, but since we had not purchased a car for several years (m dealt with Ralph DiGennaro at the time and found him to be very up to date on the product, but since we had not purchased a car for several years (my previous Honda was 22 years old) we went to another dealership to compare prices. The salesperson was not well informed and could not answer many of our questions. The price was the same as Image Honda. So we left that dealership and right back to Image Honda to purchase the Accura. this time we asked for Ralph DiGennaro and had the same pleasant experience, he was very informed about the product and explained all the details. We felt he really enjoyed doing this. We also dealt with Julie and Teresa and they were very helpful and went out of their way to explain everything to us. All in all it was a pleasant experience with employees and nice surroundings. More
