First, we were met by an Event's Planner who registered us and referred us to Krista, Sales and Leasing Consultant who prepared the New Bill of Sale. Upon completion, Teresa Fransciosa, Business Manager, reviewed and gave options to the Final Bill of Sale. Both of these woman were extremely friendly and courteous, while at the same time, displayed confidence and professionalism performing their tasks. Both of these woman discussed all aspects of our vehicle purchase with my husband and I. At a GM dealership as we negotiated a price the male Consultant talked only to my husband and excluded me completely. Usually woman look after the finances so they know what they can afford. Image Honda is extremely fortunate to have these two wonderful women working for them. Great assets to the dealership. More

I decided to pull into honda on centennial rd. They had just the vehicle I wanted Ralph was very patient never once did I get a "hurry up and sign" feeling. I was sold, now it was up to the finance team to do for me what couldn't be done cheaply anywhere else with my credit, Teresa (special thanks) took on this challenge assuring me that she will not only make it happen but she will keep as much money in my pocket as possible. It was a back and forth struggle with the lenders but she was determined and came back with a 5.9% slam dunk of a deal with the help of Billy Lee. Maria was very knowledgeable introducing me to the features of my new ride. Overall I am extremely excited about my purchase and the support from the entire staff was exceptional. On a final note... I was really happy with the extended warranty offered and the paint/ fabric protection I purchased. it only cost me an extra few dollars monthly which is worth the peace of mind. We have been Honda owners since 1982 when we purchased our first Honda Accord. During our search for a car, I had test driven several cars, before test driving a 2010 Honda Civic at another Honda Dealer. Unfortunately we learned that the car that I drove had been involved in a front end accident, this was something that we were not willing to purchase. Our search took us to Image Honda. Mike was very helpful, and understanding, not only were we in need to find a car within a short time frame, but we also had several other situations that we were dealing with at the same time. If it was not for Mike and doing the best that he could for us we properly would be still searching. Mike took the time and went out of his way to ensure that we got the best deal that we could get. A big thanks to Mike. After we picked up the car, and while we were driving back down to pick up my husband truck, a recently repaired chipped on the windshield popped off. We immediately reported to Mike who in turn got Billy involved, within the hour we had made arrangements to have the chip repaired. Thanks to Billy for making this work with our tight schedule that week. All and all we had a great experience and will have no problem recommending Image Honda to any of our friends and family. We were very impressed by the depth of detail, accommodation and care extended to us by the Image Honda staff through the selection, quotation, purchase, delivery and the extensive operating-feature- demonstration session . Mike Kolkman and Theresa especially went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and pleased with our purchase and that we truly understood the operating features of our new car. They even made certain the new car was sheltered for the feature demonstration session so we did not get wet even though it was pouring rain at the time of delivery. More

They answered all my questions promptly, and even took care of coordinating the pick-up of my rental car from their dealership after the purchase so that I could simply drive in with my rental and out with the new car.
