Highly recommend the Bodyshop Nick Amsterdam was excellent to deal with. He took the stress out of being in a collision. I picked up my vehicle after the bodyshop was closed and was pleasantly surprised to see my vehicle had been given a full detail. Delay after delay and still no van-frustrating & exhausting We have never written a review for any product or any service before but our experience at Image Honda has been so terrible that we wanted to warn oth We have never written a review for any product or any service before but our experience at Image Honda has been so terrible that we wanted to warn others of this dealership's incredibly poor and misleading customer service. We 'purchased' a new Odyssey July 25th 2014 and although we were initially told that delivery would be less than one week, on Sept 1st we still have no vehicle or firm delivery date. The delivery of our near stock (only option roof racks) van has been delayed 4 times and we were only told of each delay when we inquired at the end of the promised delivery range - no one called us to inform of the change. After the 2nd delay we requested our deposit back but the dealership refused. When we purchased the van we told the sales rep we required the vehicle ASAP as the license and drive clean on our current older van was about to expire and we needed a van for summer family holidays. It is now five weeks later and two separate summer holiday weeks without the new van for a family of 5 have come and gone. We asked multiple times for a courtesy car or a rental car but were told none were available. My husband and I car pooled to work in different cities for the first week of delay, but after the 2nd and 3rd and 4th delays we were forced to relicense our old van using temporary permits. When pressed for delivery dates the sales rep and manager have both transferred the blame to Honda Canada delays and stock availability problems but have never taken responsibility for this situation. If they sold us a van that does not exist then why did they not return the deposit when asked? Or if the delays are legitimate then why we were not offered a courtesy car as they are aware of the license issue with our old van. Even if the Odyssey is the best minivan available, the experience of trying to buy it has been so frustrating that it sours the whole purchase. We strongly suggest that other families reconsider if they are thinking of buying a vehicle from Image Honda because the staff cannot be trusted. More
Pleased And Satisfied I met with Ralph when I got into the dealer and told him what kind of vehicle I was looking for. With that said, he went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, excited, made me feel comfortable and welcome and just made the entire shopping experience unforgettable. A special mention goes out to Rob as well to fill in for Ralph when he was busy. Even after the sale, Ralph made follow-up calls to make sure everything was great with my new vehicle, which was a nice touch. I would highly consider seeing Ralph (and Rob) if anyone out there are picking up a vehicle. These guys were just fantastic overall and will have my business going forward More

I went to Waterloo Honda and test drove a civic coupe that was a certified pre-owned car that had half the mileage and a year older. At the time i test drove the car at Image it was $998 more and had almost twice the miles as the one from Waterloo Honda. I called Image Honda spoke to the sales rep I believe her name was Krista. I told her the difference and told her I had cash in my hand if she would come down the $988 I was looking for. Before I could finish my sentence she said that there is no movement in price and that if i was looking for a discount I wasn't getting it from her. She then said our cars are priced to sell and we have someone that searches the market and they cars are priced to sell and if its a discount I'm looking for I wont see it from her. I was so disappointed in the way that she spoke to me and the way that she handled this. I wasn't looking to thousands off, I was looking for $988. Needless to say I wont be going to Image Honda for any more cars and I'll also tell people about my bad experience aswell. More
Awesome I have been a Toyota owner for nearly 30 years. I was recently involved in an accident and was in need of a replacement. I test drove a RAV, but did not feel comfortable in it or with my experience with staff. I am a senior and did not receive the warm greeting from the staff, than I did from the staff at Image Honda. From the moment I walked inside, I was greeted with warm smiles, and a willingness to guide me in the right direction. Nothing was too much trouble. Rob answered all my questions appropriately and respectfully, WITHOUT an "atttitude". I explained to Rob, I had viewed a used CRV on their website and could he give me further details. He showed me to his office, offered me a seat and a coffee. He brought the details of the car up on his screen and explained some of the features of the car. He "asked" me if I would like see the car, instead of taking for granted, that I should see the car. Once seated in the drivers seat, Rob pointed to and explained all the features of the seat itself as well as, the rest of the car in detail and asked if I had any other questions. Again he "asked", if I would like to test drive the car. Needless to say I bought the car and I absolutely love my CRV. The walk through of signing the papers and meeting up with Teresa could not have gone any smoother. Lauren took the time on the day I came to collect my CRV, all the features one more time. I was also told that if I had any questions to please call or come to them and they would answer or correct it immediately. We ran into a bit of a snag with the Valet key. Billy resolved the key issue immediately and was both very polite and respectful. There was never any demonstration of "oh well, now that I had purchased the car, so what do you want now, or that I was being a nuisance". I experienced kindness, service and respect from all staff, especially those I came into contact with. I have already recommended Rob and Image Honda to family and two close friends. The information was confirmed and I said thank you and hung up. I called later and booked the visit easily ( about 2-3 hrs after my first call ). Ralph was informative before during and after the test ride. I was pleased to make the deal easily and fairly quickly late on this friday work day, securing my purchase as there were not too many of these Black Accord EX-L V6 Navis with standard transmission in the GTA . Our second visit to pick up the car was also pleasant with both Ralph and Maria, and I left feeling good about all that I had learned about the car's navigation and other systems. More
