I spoke to Michael Kolkman who was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and intelligent salesman. Michael took a significant time to outline with great detail the workmanship, quality, safety features and other luxury features of the Honda Civic SI coupe as well as the Accord coupe. I was truly taken aback at the impressive quality of these vehicles and the knowledge that Michael had of them. I ultimately did go through with the more unreasonable and unaffordable Audi A5, which pales in comparision to the Accord with regards to luxury and contemporary features but I'm just getting it out of my system. In seeking my new vehicle, I visited dealerships for BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota, Hyundai and Honda. I also worked in the automotive service industry for a period of about 5 years before leaving it altogether and doing what I do now. I will never go back as I got pretty jaded by it all. From all my previous experiences, dealing with Michael was truly a breath of fresh air. He was a pleasure to deal with and I am convinced I will return to Michael to get whatever I get next after my 3 year lease is up unless I'm broke because of my new Audi! More
Very Expensive I have been going to Image for over 10 years and have had 3 cars through them every time I go for my regular oil changes I know they are going to try I have been going to Image for over 10 years and have had 3 cars through them every time I go for my regular oil changes I know they are going to try and up sell me to around 200. I regularly pay between 1-200 for my oil changes but I know it is done by people who are knowledgeable and can do the work right. or so I thought. In Dec. I brought my car in for regular maintenance and an etest. this ended up costing me over 800 even though nothing needed to be done in order to pass my etest. Two weeks later my check engine light came on. I decided to wait a while as Christmas had just passed and I could not afford another large bill at the time. I brought my car back in Feb. and I was told by the technician that due to lack of regular lubrication on the timing chain it was "out" whatever that means. So despite my 1-200 regular maintenance bills somehow my timing chain did not get lubricated. The bill to fix that was 2170.26 which included a 42 cent charge for washer fluid. It also included 1155 for service. When I commented on this the man in service said "well the technicians certainly don't make that kind of money". Five days later my check engine light came back on only to find out that "coincidentally" my O2 sensor must have malfunctioned in the past 5 days because it was not on the original diagnostic. To replace that cost me 487.41. I honestly cannot afford to go here any more. More

However, my SUV was reaching my level of seniority so, subconsciously, I probably thought it was time for a facelift…but it was with some trepidation that I walked into Image Honda on Centennial Parkway! Upon entering, I was introduced to Michael Kolkman, who turned out to be one of the most sincere and helpful salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This led me to seriously consider a purchase so I gave Michael a dollar amount I wanted to work with, thinking this would put me into a relatively recent model. I was beyond surprised when he informed me that Honda’s financial plan would allow me to purchase a brand new 2015 Honda Civic!! This was with no hidden agenda; no undermining; just straightforward, informative comparisons with a perfect price for my budget!! Following this exciting news, I had the pleasure of meeting Teresa Franciosa to detail the financial aspects of the transaction. Her expertise in this area was coupled with a warmth and openness that immediately put me at ease and allowed me to ask questions and explanations without feeling pressured or intimidated. Again, her straightforward information regarding additional options that would benefit my situation had me feeling the most secure I have ever felt driving out of a dealership! To round off this positive experience, on the day of the pick-up, their specialist, Andre Pereira, walked me through all the final details and the features of my new car – much appreciated by this semi-literate techie! As well, this was completed with patient efficiency and thoroughness which is not always evident in a dealership, once the “deal” is sealed. Plus, I’ve received two follow-up calls to ensure that I’m thoroughly satisfied with my Civic and along with an invitation to a tutorial for new owners, I’ve also been assured that I can drop in with any future problem I might encounter, no matter how large or small. Interaction with the staff of this dealership inspired such confidence that I have no doubt they will uphold this promise. Quoting Lori Wright of Image Honda, “Our business model is designed to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with vehicle sales. Our goal is to make your vehicle purchase experience simple, honest, and hassle-free.” In my opinion, they achieve this hands down! I think we can all understand why, in our busy “in-your-face” marketing world, I say that dealing with Image Honda was a breath of fresh air!! Christine More

I was worried about buying a new car because it can be a stressful experience, especially dealing with pushy salespeople. However, all my concerns were put at ease the moment I entered Image Honda. The personable, sincere, and knowledgeable salesman Ralph DiGennaro helped me to purchase a car that fit all of my desired needs. Teresa Franciosa was also very accommodating when discussing financing options for my future car. Additionally, as someone with minimal technical experience, Andre Pereira provided me with an easy-to-follow tutorial, and now I am confident that I will be able to perform all the high-tech functions in my new car. Overall, I would recommend Image Honda to anyone who is in the market for a car. The employees are very respectful, patient, and helpful. Most importantly, they do not pressure you. Image Honda is especially great for older women clients. Thank you Image Honda, I love my Honda Accord! More

Very knowledgeable and detail oriented when showing us every single feature this vehicle has available and also the options we may have if we want to upgrade it. He answered every question we had regarding the vehicle and the process to rent or lease. I would say, he has excellent customer service skills and I am going to recommend him with my family and friends. Also, I would like to thanks Paula, Julie & Teresa for making this process run with ease. In summary, My wife and I were very impressed with the friendly environment at the dealership. Bad experience with salesman Ralph. My wife had set up an appointment for me to drive a new 2014 Odyssey. I had a test drive and then said that I wanted to talk to another dealer. Ralph said "what will happen to the $1000 deposit that she put down". My wife was out of town at a baby-shower, so I couldn't check this out. Not wanting to lose the "$1,000", I made an offer that was accepted. Only later did I learn that my wife never put down any deposit and in fact Ralph had lied to get the deal. The Sales Manager would not cancel the deal and said that "my version was only hear-say". Needless to say I would recommend that no-one go to this dealership. More
