With no prior experience in the automotive world, Stephanie took great pride in starting her career with the best of the best! With an undeniable dedication to the guest experience, an eye for online marketing and a passion for community involvement she assists in managing the day to day operations of the dealership, both in the showroom and online. Born and raised in London, her down time is spent convincing her daughter that Blue Rodeo really is the best band ever, hitting local markets, checking out new restaurants, killing hours upon hours at Boler Mountain and living that mom life! We leased our first Lexus in 2017 and we were hooked right away. The service at the dealership has been excellent! My husband and I are very grateful to have found an amazing Sales Representative with R right away. The service at the dealership has been excellent! My husband and I are very grateful to have found an amazing Sales Representative with Rick Watson. He was incredibly patient and helpful over the last two years. I would constantly email asking about upgrading to the larger SUV in regards to pricing, lease details, etc. Rick was always prompt with his responses and not once did we feel like we were a nuisance, but rather a valued customer! We finally decided on the 2020 RX 350 Luxury package and couldn't' be happier! It is an absolutely beautiful vehicle. Thank you to Rick for all of your help. We will gladly refer Rick's name to anyone who asks. More

GREAT CAR - GREAT SERVICE The reminder for the required lube & filter maintenance for my 2014 GS - F-Sport appeared on my in-car nav display and on the windshield sticker. My S The reminder for the required lube & filter maintenance for my 2014 GS - F-Sport appeared on my in-car nav display and on the windshield sticker. My Service Advisor, ROMEO NISSAN quickly booked me in and I mentioned that the rear bumper cover had acquired a large black scuff mark (from parking lot damage), that I had been unable to remove. My GS was returned to me an hour later, serviced, washed & wiped and the scuff mark had been 99% removed...and without charge. Romeo Nissan is great representative for this dealership and is a true car guy who loves exceptional cars and understands car guys and has been a great help to me in adjusting my GS to my particular preferences (e.g. disarming/reprogramming Lexus factory-default settings, etc.). More

I have seen and felt the vehicles transition in 4 years that has left me very pleased that I made this choice . This purchase was a stinger for the team to meet , however it was , done quickly and with great professionalism. I have known Sue for 4+ years and she has not changed much ,. Sue is a comfortable person to be around, and to talk to .She was always very accommodating to get the answers to my odd questions. Sue is a no stress and no pressure lady, we have all had that baddd purchase experience with the nightmare team. This wont happen with Sue and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a good experience . One last and very important item.The delivery ... We all know the excitement and the fun taking the keys. Nathan was a great guy that took me thru the vehicle and made me feel comfortable asking the same question . It was the best delivery experience I have had in my years of buying vehicles. Nathan has set the bar and I commend management for the choice of who does the delivery . He does the dealership proud. Don More
