The service staff recognize us and know us by name and always make the extra effort to acknowledge us and offer any further assistance beyond our normal servicing. Even our sales rep remembers and acknowledges us when she sees us. My two sisters each own and are happy with their Lexus vehicles but I believe our relationship with the London team surpasses any of their experiences with their dealers. More
