But when the 2016 Lexus RX I decided to give Lexus of London a try and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Both Sue and Allan were very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and they even offered to take a fifth look at the issues I was having with my NX that Don Valley North could not fix after multiple visits. They made me feel extremely comfortable and made my buying experience exciting and easy! I would definitely recommend Lexus of London to anyone looking for a Lexus, they even offered to deliver my new RX to Toronto free of charge. When I was introduced to Romeo he could not believe I was having issues with my new NX and that Don Valley North Lexus was not taking the time to properly fix the problem even though I brought in my NX multiple times. He was extremely friendly and was determined to make sure that the issue was resolved. Instead of looking at ways that I could be "causing the problem" or just saying its "normal" he just wanted to find a way to fix it. The quality of customer service between the two dealerships was night and day. I will never service any of my Lexus' at any other dealership again. Romeo offered me a free loaner vehicle so that my day would not be ruined where at Don Valley North they make you wait hours at the dealership without even telling you when your car is even ready. After 3 hours my car was ready and the issue was finally resolved. Even when I was looking for winter tires for my Lexus RX, I decided to call Romeo for advice and he took the time to tell me which tires would be the best for my car and what the differences between them. Quality service response I arrived at dealer 20 min before closing on a Saturday. Romeo greeted me, helped me with my minor issue, replacing key batteries etc. While there, he I arrived at dealer 20 min before closing on a Saturday.
