Service department is excellent and efficient. They seem to have a low staff turnover, which implies that the staff are happy to be working there. As a customer I definitely feel very comfortable both purchasing and servicing our cars there. More

Terrific as usual I immediately drove to the dealership when a warning light, indicating a problem with the traction system, appeared. Lyndsi prepared the work order and immediately had a loaner car for me. Karen helped me get started with the loaner vehicle. The problem was attended with a computer upgrade and I had my car back within 5 hours. I saw Romeo when I picked up the car and he explained the problem to me. Terrific customer service and repair service. More

I have 3 small children so getting anything done is always a challenge but Jason Janusz in the service department has gone above and beyond to make every dealing I have with them extremely pleasant and as convenient as possible for me. This team goes way above and beyond to service the needs of their customers and it shows in every interaction I have had with them! More

Our sales person, John Willits found the vehicle we were looking for, and the final sale was completed by Sean McRae who answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable and a part of the "Lexus" 1st class treatment. From the time we enter the building we are treated by friendly and welcoming people, and all service is excellent. Romeo Nissan is our service "guy" who is very accommodating and gets things done quickly. Thanks to all the staff who helped us with our purchase. Lexus of London gives "ROYAL TREATMENT"! More

Our history with Lexus of London/Toyotatown Our relationship with Toyota-Town/Lexus started in May 2001 when we walked into your previous dealership on Wharncliffe Road one Saturday afternoon, a Our relationship with Toyota-Town/Lexus started in May 2001 when we walked into your previous dealership on Wharncliffe Road one Saturday afternoon, and a nice fellow (Jim Hargreaves) approached and asked if he could help. Truth be told, a few years before that, we wandered into your dealership on Horton or Springbank Street late on a Saturday afternoon - definitely not looking to purchase a car, only to learn something about Toyota's different models. We were greeted by Ken Yates who then spent about an hour with us, test-driving at least three vehicles (including a Lexus) and we're sure he could have been doing something else. We didn't buy anything that day. To make a long story short, Jim Hargreaves leased a 2001 White Avalon XLS to us in May 2001, and we still have that car today, and it still rides quite well. In fact, it has been in the Lexus shop overnight, on account of a drained battery. In addition: We leased a 2007 Lexus GS, and in May 2011 purchased a Lexus ES 350 - which is the best car we've ever owned. Our reason for writing, is to tell you that the service we have been receiving from Lexus of London, since we got our first Lexus, has been simply outstanding. You look after both our cars. We've dealt with Adam McCallum, and now with Karen Campbell, and Romeo Nissan. Each of them has treated us in exemplary fashion. They go out of their way to be nice, helpful, and friendly. And there are so many more people that we've spoken to at your dealership, each is always friendly. (We also received great service from ToyotaTown, when all we had was the Avalon.) In conversations with friends, I've never yet heard any of them say anything remotely similar about their car dealerships. I always report about the excellent service and care that Lexus of London gives us - and that we're sure everyone else gets the same service, too. We just want you to know that we are devoted, loyal customers, and we appreciate that we are being taken care-of so exceptionally well. More
