We are wanting to buy a 2 possible Grand Cherokee L 2023 and are willing to spend almost 200K.... But no one wants to sell us a car! In in last 2 weeks we have been there at least 3 times total waste of ti and are willing to spend almost 200K.... But no one wants to sell us a car! Their manager Karl is useless I have no idea how is running the show for the owners, Ishwar Ramlogan and Amandeep Dhillon incompetent and rude car sales people with again zero customer service skills. I recently purchased a new jeep from this dealership and it was by far the best experience I've had at a chrysler dealership, after purchasing from two other dealers in the past. Nelson my salesman was amaz it was by far the best experience I've had at a chrysler dealership, after purchasing from two other dealers in the past. Nelson my salesman was amazing and made sure I was happy every step of the way I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. In future if I need to purchase another car it will be from him. Yousef in the financing department was also extremely helpful and made the experience pleasant, he went above and beyond. In the past with my other vehicles, I have went to team for service and the service department is also great to deal with, Shane the service manager always makes sure my vehicle is well taken care of. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! !!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !! First time dealing with Team Chrysler and for certain my last. Bought a vehicle from Mississauga Chrysler last fall and had a !!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !! First time dealing with Team Chrysler and for certain my last. Bought a vehicle from Mississauga Chrysler last fall and had an excellent experience so if you are looking for a Ram or Jeep etc. go and see another dealer (any other dealer ) who understands customer service and will treat you properly. The details of my dealings here were almost unbelievable. I advised the dealer I wanted to buy a used car they had and to please send me a bill of sale for review and signing. They never sent it and effectively wouldn’t sell me the car because I didn’t want to finance it thorough the dealer. Why does it matter……because if I don’t finance through them, they make less money and so rather than make less money from me they would rather hold the car and sell it to someone else who wants to finance thorough them. So I’m the end there was no deal and when I asked questions to the management team (Bash, Karl, and Bourk) they couldn’t be bothered to respond to my concerns. So my suggestion is to shop elsewhere where the dealer truly values your business and understands customer service. More
