WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! !!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !! First time dealing with Team Chrysler and for certain my last. Bought a vehicle from Mississauga Chrysler last fall and had a !!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !! First time dealing with Team Chrysler and for certain my last. Bought a vehicle from Mississauga Chrysler last fall and had an excellent experience so if you are looking for a Ram or Jeep etc. go and see another dealer (any other dealer ) who understands customer service and will treat you properly. The details of my dealings here were almost unbelievable. I advised the dealer I wanted to buy a used car they had and to please send me a bill of sale for review and signing. They never sent it and effectively wouldn’t sell me the car because I didn’t want to finance it thorough the dealer. Why does it matter……because if I don’t finance through them, they make less money and so rather than make less money from me they would rather hold the car and sell it to someone else who wants to finance thorough them. So I’m the end there was no deal and when I asked questions to the management team (Bash, Karl, and Bourk) they couldn’t be bothered to respond to my concerns. So my suggestion is to shop elsewhere where the dealer truly values your business and understands customer service. More
