I arrived at this dealership wanting to trade my 2012 Chrysler car in for a Dodge Truck. My Salesman was Winston who I have dealt when I purchased the car and has ALWAYS gone the extra mile to help me o Chrysler car in for a Dodge Truck. From here I dealt with Brandon and Karl who assisted in the closing of the purchase. Some issues surfaced with the Truck that I contacted Mr. Bourk Boyd to help resolved. Mr. Boyd EXCEEDED my expectations and is definetly concerned with the customer and a "Man of his word." Mr. Boyd- owner stands behind his beliefs in customer service and his company. Thank You again Mr. Boyd. Your efforts will be remembered! I seen Neil and Shane in service.....These guys are great, they are honest, concerned.
