I’ve had many dealership experiences over the years, but Lexus of London stands out as the best I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, there is a genuine sense of care and concern, paired with thoughtful, cost‑effective advice on service options that never feels pushy or transactional. I especially appreciate being offered a loaner vehicle during service recalls, or a shuttle home when my car is in the shop. Those small but meaningful touches make a big difference and show how much they value their customers’ time and convenience. During my most recent service visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Shane, a wonderful young man with impeccable people skills. He connected on a truly personal level and made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. The dealership itself is equally impressive. The new fish‑bowl office design is modern and inviting, and the waiting lounge is outstanding—snacks, hot/cold drinks, charging stations, magazines, and even Lexus merchandise. The entire space genuinely screams luxury while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. Lexus of London sets the standard for what a premium dealership experience should be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Already thinking of my next purchase from them bc my daughter loved the loaner vehicle. More

I have always found Lexus of London Service Dept to be excellent. I enjoyed their IT guru, Akeem Pearce, his foray into the IT improvements of my vehicle with me was a delight. I learned at lot! More

We have leased several vehicles from Lexus of London for close to 20 years. The sales and service department have been exemplary. Rick Watson was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. Brendan Gillespie delivered and explained all the new features with patience and understanding. We would also like to mention a few weeks ago with our previous Lexus we experienced a flat tire away from home on a weekend and were left without a vehicle. We were very impressed with Chris Pinelli and the Lexus of London team for sorting this unfortunate situation swiftly and professionally. More
