She was totally transparent with by me walking me through the different service options available based on the vehicle’s mileage. Her recommendations were greatly appreciated. She was very kind and courteous and had a very positive attitude.

What a bunch of clowns. Filled in their online form requesting "best price" and clicked "contact me by email only." I have received 6 texts, 7 phone calls, and one email. None of them included what I asked for. I ended up begrudgingly interacting with the Sales Manager by text instead. Provided him my detailed specs, and advised that I am actively test-driving vehicles. He simply sent me a link to their (not up-to-date) online inventory telling me to find what I wanted on my own. Clearly not a dealership that intends to sell cars to motivated buyers.

I have no trust in this dealership. I bought a used vehicle in 2023, and within a few months, it broke down in the middle of the road. The engine light came on, and the car would not go above 100 km. I immediately knew this vehicle was affected by the Knock Sensor Detection System (KSDS) recall after doing some research. I took the car back to the dealership, and they reset the engine light by saying they had updated the software and according to KIA the engine supposed to be under extended warranty to 10 years or 200,000 KM. Even with this class action lawsuit, this dealership is not bothered by it. However, from that point on, the engine started burning oil much faster and making noise after a few long runs without any warning lights. I took the car back to the dealership several times, and the service advisor (Karla) said, “Nothing we can do until the engine dies or the engine light comes back on.” During that period, my wife was expecting a child, and I needed a vehicle to commute to her appointments with my other daughter. Since she was high-risk, we had to go to Hamilton from Niagara Falls. I was too concerned about having my family in this problematic car, and I felt like they were made aware of the situation but did not care to fix it. From that point on, they were completely ignorant about it. Since then, I have been spending my time, energy, and money on this car, hoping it does not break down again in the middle of the road with my family in it. Now car’s engine is so shaky that I can feel and hear the engine knocking. Took car back to the dealership and they kept my car for two days and gave me estimated cost of repairs for $3000 and charged me $62 for that inspection and previous expenses out of my pocket, including oil top-ups, early oil changes, and spark plugs are countless. If they genuinely want to help customers make the right choice when buying their first car or favourite car, this is exactly opposite what they did in my case. This dealership is not the one to trust. They are more interested in making money than in helping customers.

Do not trust a word they say! Purchased a used vehicle from them. Did the paperwork on a Saturday and went to pick up the vehicle the following Friday. On the day of pick up, I was informed there was an active recall on the vehicle. When I asked why this wasn't disclosed before I purchased it and why it didn't show up on the Carfax they had for the vehicle, they said they didn't know about it until they did the safety. They then said they they don't even need to disclose it because it wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't safety related. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Per OMVIC, the dealer must disclose if the vehicle requires repair to any of the following: Engine, transmission, or power train. Subframe or suspension. Computer equipment. Electrical system. Fuel operation system. Air conditioning. I looked up the recall and it was part of the electrical system that had potential to shut off the car unexpectedly. When I asked why this wouldn't be considered safety related, they backtracked and said he meant this has nothing to do with Safety Certifying the vehicle. Overall, super dishonest salesman and sales manager. While I was there, there was another couple asking for their deposit back after they were mislead about their purchase as well.

I leased a vehicle here in June 2024. While Desmond on the sales team was attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful, my experience with the finance and service departments have been pretty bad. The communication through the completion of the lease agreement was poor, and a subsequent maintenance/3rd party warranty issue was handled very badly. When I raised my concerns to management, I was essentially ignored. In short, in my experience you can expect a highly engaged sales experience that is completely let down by the finance and service experience to follow. Buyer beware.

Worst dealership in Ontario, serviceanager tried to lie through her teeth. My fiance has a forte that came with a warranty package that includes free oil changes for life ( that's how THE DEALERSHIP advertises it, however they have recently decided if you don't perform their recommended maintenance package they will no longer follow through, and tried convincing and insisting to my fiance that she will pay more to do it herself which is an absolute bold face lie. If you buy from Kia stay away from the warranty's. We were looking at upgrading to an SUV there soon as my fiance is pregnant, but now there's a 0% chance I deal with them again. And the device manager thinks it's on to act incredibly snarky with customers which in my opinion isn't good practice.

Bought 2017 Kia Sorento EX Turbo. 33 days later engine stalled, 60 days later, on QEW KSDS activated, speed down to 60 km xxxxting bricks, said cat needed replacement. $6300 is repairs to date related to connecting rod bearing failure. Code P1326 hasn't come up(so I am told) Kia won't replace engine now died based on this dealer saying no compression cyl 4, which is a symptom and covered under class action lawsuit which was not disclosed on purchase agreement. Without vehicle since Jan 25th, today Mar 19, 2025 no loner. Still fighting. Stay away from kia/hyundai, they are putting your life at risk.

Been there quite alot for reg oil changes and warranty issues . They are fast and professional. I had recent warranty issue fixed that they found on inspection. They always wash the car . And the car had been scuffed in their lot so the detailing manager buffed them out and even buffed one i did myself . I love this place . Jessica is great to deal with also and she gave me a loner for the weekend while they repaired it.

Took a kia for test drive. We liked it so when we returned with it our sales man ( Kyle) he was busy with another customer but he did come over and asked how we liked it. We told him we would like to make a deal. We sat in the dealership for 3 hours. When the salesman asked us if we are okay, we said yes and just wanted to know what kind of a deal we could get on it. He said we will give you a good deal so we waited, the assistant manager came to us and took us to his work station, we talked about the car, we asked what kind of a deal we could get and gave him an offer of $500 less than the asking price. He told us the price is the price that's it!!! It was a 2017 Kia Sorento. We said no so he offered us a tv that they had in showroom for a draw. We could have it. I said no we have enough TV's in our house. So we ended up walking out. The original salesman (Kyle) ran out the door at us and asked what happened. We told him so he offered us $150 off the price. We said no you have our offer and rejected it. Why would they make us sit there if they where not willing to deal telling us they told us we could get a good deal. So we where there for a total of 4 hours, we lived 2 hours away, so we drove to purchase this vehicle and waisted our time a total of 8 hours. All I can say is do not use this dealership.

Terrible Service and Attitude. Zero empathy or willingness to make things right. My daughter purchased a brand new 2024 Kia Niro Plug in Hybrid from Boyer in Belleville specifically to ensure she had a new reliable car given that she has a young family. 2 days ago the car wouldn't start. Kia Roadside Assistance arranged for it to be picked up and taken to the dealership. They advised that they will not be able to do a diagnostic on this vehicle for 5 more days. They have a total of 4 loaner vehicles but these were not available. In speaking with Daniel - the service manager, he indicated that he could neither move up the diagnostic timing, nor authorize an additional loaner vehicle. He did acknowledge that he had the authority to do so. Having a dependable vehicle is critical at any time, but it's particularly critical when you have a young family and need to get to appointments, activities and run errands. Despite knowing these extenuating circumstances, Daniel held firm and demonstrated no empathy for the situation. He held fast to "we have other scheduled appointments" and "I can't accommodate your request". Certainly not the way to build lifetime customer value. Choose your dealer carefully and ensure that you understand the service reputation of the dealer you're purchasing from. Voicemails left with ownership/GM level contacts seemed to prove fruitless in trying to get help as well. I suggest you think twice before purchasing from Boyer. Happy to update this post if there is any improvement/resolution.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a used car and noticed during the test drive that the vehicle displayed an oil change reminder. When I picked up the car, the reminder had been cleared, which led me to believe the oil had been changed. However, later that same day, I received a warning that the engine oil level was very low. When I contacted the dealership, they admitted they hadn’t changed the oil but had simply reset the notification—without informing me. This lack of transparency and basic responsibility is extremely disappointing. Never trusting this dealership again.

Worst dealership in London area, period!!! After buying a truck from them, mechanic stole my wheel locks, broke my toms sensor and put so much anti seize on my front hubs and wheel lugs like it was going out of style. Service admit to messing my tire pressure monitoring sensor and replaced it but after 3 hours of waiting for the incompetent tech that was just running my truck all that time doing nothing, I made a comment to a service advisor that the tech don't have a clue how to reset Toyotas tpms system. In the meantime I googled it, it said to press the tpms button under the steering wheel for 10 sec !!!! Just wait it gets better. 3 hours in, I was running late for my other appointment, here comes the big shot manager that I never saw hefore. He spoke with some other rude dude that suppose to be a parts manager, and eventually finds out that l was disappointed with their service technician that was running my truck for literally 3 hours doing nothing! So this so called big shot manager, without saying one word to me before just started to yell "get ou! Get out!! What a impeccable site of customer service, manager that holds the same name as the "owner" of this dealership!!!Let's call him Zamir S. How a guy like that can run his mouth with zero holdbacks in front of and to a paying customers is beyond me, unless he's the owners family !!! Funny I read the owners statement on their website about community, family, people etc etc. What a bunch of lies! If those are his life and business virtues and you have employees like this Zamir dude, I feel sorry for you and your dealerships future. Btw, after that explosion of professionalism from Zamir, he called Toyota dealership where I suppose to pick up my stolen wheel locks and cancel the payment for them lol!!! Thief in my book!! I have text messages, pictures from the day that we bought the truck to the day when we picked it up, admission of wrong doing, bam he still stole them in the end lol. This awesome manager got himself and nice review for a lousy $100 wheel locks, pathetic xxx!! I will post this story on every forum I can get my hands on, and I’m on plenty being a car guy. So I guess bad publicity is good publicity?? Or something like this!!! So happy I paid cash and don t have to deal with them ever again!!! Btw, looks like same ownership and management on the Hyundai site of the parking lot so please be careful. Take your money somewhere else, plenty of dealers around. Good luck

The car in warranty and service is denied with a manufacturing defect that I got done from another dealership. never returned to such a dealership. Was shocked when the service manager had the same attitude and zero customer care.
