I took my Kia Soul in for a recall of the seat heater. At the time I booked the appointment I was asked if I would require shuttle service. I responded that I did and was told it was booked. When I arrived at the dealership, the service manager informed me they do not provide shuttle service to Rockwood. I responded that I did not want to go to Rockwood, only down to Costco which is only a few km away. He then said they do not provide shuttle service at all. Why would he say they don't provide shuttle service to Rockwood and then say they don't provide shuttle service at all. I informed him that they had scheduled me for shuttle service when I booked the appointment. The response was, "they don't know what we do down here" or something to that effect. I smelled something and it wasn't roses. After waiting for three hours in the waiting room twiddling my thumbs it was done. upon my return home I checked the website after I returned home and there it was, shuttle service is provided. I went on the chat to ask if shuttle service is provided and was asked what the make and model of my vehicle was. I responded with "you didn't answer my question. When I explained with the above, I was told a manager would contact me. Well, it's been a month and a half and nothing. Would I go back there again...not a chance. If they are not honest to me about shuttle service, what else are they being dishonest about?

Honestly, I would leave no stars if I could. We have had nothing but issues since the day we bought a used vehicle from here. Our safety was passed but the day we drove it home the brake calliper was not bolted on the left front tire and damaged the wheel. We were given free oil changes and winter tires because of the issue when in all reality if we new we were going to deal with three different service managers in a matter of six months we would have gone to the ministry. The change over in staff is ridiculous at this place. Just unacceptable customer service! I will not be returning for service or to buy a vehicle from there ever again!

STAY AWAY !!! My Car buying experience was good - Mayank Chopra explained everything to me in detail and wasn’t pushy. HOWEVER - it’s the after sales service. At the time of buying the car I bought extended warranty service worth $3000. I paid $300 down and $25 bi weekly for 8 months that is $700. Since mortgage rates are high I decided to ask to cancel any future payments and I was willing to let go of the payment I made till date but I was appalled by Mr YOUNUS’s life lessons I got in return. He said “ if you can’t afford it you should look at ways to increase your income” !!! “ Why did you buy a $70k car if you can’t afford this add on !!! “” subtly threatened that if you don’t pay car will be repossessed- What a joke !!! So be ready to be ridiculed and dismissed if you want to deal back with this dealership. There is no empathy or understanding of the clients situations. I just simply asked to cancel future payment and not for any refunds. It just pure greed . I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone

I suspect this review will not make it to publishing but I do NOT recommend this dealership. They suggested I submit an offer and then would not entertain even a couple hundred dollars reduction. After signing the initial bill of sale (the one before the pitch to upsell you), there were other things that needed to be decided/negotiated (low interest rate offers but only good with purchase of a $3k Vehicle Total Loss Program, warranty itself, etc.) and things went down hill from there. I kept their written rude comments, and they basically acted like they didn't want to sell me the car once they realized I was not buying any of their "extras". I was ignored for days after leaving messages, and the manager made a deal to deliver the car to me, but then the others would not uphold that agreement. Strange, I know-who is the boss I don't know. They also would not return my deposit after things started to get sour. It took about 3 weeks to finalize the deal. I even contacted their dealership parent 401group and they wouldn't speak to me. Ended up having to buy the car but the car was not my issue - it was the sales service group. Sorry, but this is honest.

Do not trust a word they say! Purchased a used vehicle from them. Did the paperwork on a Saturday and went to pick up the vehicle the following Friday. On the day of pick up, I was informed there was an active recall on the vehicle. When I asked why this wasn't disclosed before I purchased it and why it didn't show up on the Carfax they had for the vehicle, they said they didn't know about it until they did the safety. They then said they they don't even need to disclose it because it wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't safety related. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Per OMVIC, the dealer must disclose if the vehicle requires repair to any of the following: Engine, transmission, or power train. Subframe or suspension. Computer equipment. Electrical system. Fuel operation system. Air conditioning. I looked up the recall and it was part of the electrical system that had potential to shut off the car unexpectedly. When I asked why this wouldn't be considered safety related, they backtracked and said he meant this has nothing to do with Safety Certifying the vehicle. Overall, super dishonest salesman and sales manager. While I was there, there was another couple asking for their deposit back after they were mislead about their purchase as well.

When a couple of unforeseen difficulties occurred, he was patient and very helpful. Even the friend who drove us 3 hours to the dealership found him professional and an easy person to speak to. Last month, I went ti Hunt Club Kia in Ottawa just to get some help in opening up my two key fobs. Well, for starters, the service desk person put them in backwards (As noted in the first repair invoice), then their attempts to get the fobs to work in that state resulted in the alarm going off repeatedly and xxxxing up my starter. They charged $863 to fix what THEY broke. Then when I came to pick the car up, thye had left an air hose off which my engine run poorly and with unusual sounds, so I had it towed back to their shop to rectify. When I picked it up after that, the second invoice noted that the power steering module was making a funny noise. Of course, they neither fixed it, nor mentioned it to me. I got it towed again to another ship, that quoted $2K to fix the problem, which I did NOT have prior to coming to their gyp shop the first time. Dilawri, a brand of incompetents, thieves and utter moral cretins.

OMG so Malcolm and Mini from this dealership are AMAZING humans. Treated me and my daughter with dignity, integrity and compassion. They definitely worked for us and got us into a better vehicle than what I came in for. The professionalism with a touch of humanity is what you'll get from these two individuals. Looking into buying a car, go in and ask for Malcolm and Mini and you'll be leaving not only with a car but also leaving with the feeling of being seen as human rather just a check.

Been there quite alot for reg oil changes and warranty issues . They are fast and professional. I had recent warranty issue fixed that they found on inspection. They always wash the car . And the car had been scuffed in their lot so the detailing manager buffed them out and even buffed one i did myself . I love this place . Jessica is great to deal with also and she gave me a loner for the weekend while they repaired it.

Worst experience ever. They lie, cheat and almost steal from you. Never return your calls and when you confront them, they lie right to your face. Any review that says they're a 5, is probably family of someone at the dealership or was asked to give them a good review by someone at the dealership.

Took a kia for test drive. We liked it so when we returned with it our sales man ( Kyle) he was busy with another customer but he did come over and asked how we liked it. We told him we would like to make a deal. We sat in the dealership for 3 hours. When the salesman asked us if we are okay, we said yes and just wanted to know what kind of a deal we could get on it. He said we will give you a good deal so we waited, the assistant manager came to us and took us to his work station, we talked about the car, we asked what kind of a deal we could get and gave him an offer of $500 less than the asking price. He told us the price is the price that's it!!! It was a 2017 Kia Sorento. We said no so he offered us a tv that they had in showroom for a draw. We could have it. I said no we have enough TV's in our house. So we ended up walking out. The original salesman (Kyle) ran out the door at us and asked what happened. We told him so he offered us $150 off the price. We said no you have our offer and rejected it. Why would they make us sit there if they where not willing to deal telling us they told us we could get a good deal. So we where there for a total of 4 hours, we lived 2 hours away, so we drove to purchase this vehicle and waisted our time a total of 8 hours. All I can say is do not use this dealership.

Just had Full Synthetic oil Change done (not first time there or elsewhere) Price was through the roof. They charge item by item and it up plus labour then tax and eviro fees. $140.xx out the door. OMG I called another dealer I used some time ago and there price is still as it was for this vehicle/engine (Sorento). $89.xx plus tax and enviro fees. I am never going back. I had servicing issues before for repairs but never expected an routine oil change would be an issue. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
