Cambridge Kia maybe doesn't have nothing to do with this my review. Maybe this is all about the managers there. Business manager (Mr Shubham) and General Sales Manager (Mr Cameron), on this place don't deserve you as a customer, specially if your credit it is not the best and because of that, duplicates or triplicates their work and then, simply they give up helping you and more, they completely ignore you. They never give me any alternatives to what I wanted and when I told them to go to a used and cheaper car Mr Cameron said yes to me but I knew that he was avoiding me. I only don't know the reason I was treated like this.
All these two guys want, it is selling you a car, no matter what, but if you don't have a good credit and the process takes a bit more than normal, like I said, they will ignore you. Simply as this.
That was what happened to me despite my previous 3 new cars where bought there. But, don't get me wrong, it was with different people, I mean, different managers.
They will never call me for updates, if I was or was not approved, even after I send them whatever they asked me to send. Not even a word. Worse than that, even if you call them, they never answer your call leaving you in hold for several minutes, several times, without success.
I got tired of this and one month after, I gave up and went to another place.
After all, it was not that difficult to get me approved. I bought my new car last week (a 2025 Kia Seltos EX at a different Kia dealer in less than a week from the moment I start dealing with them, with no worries.
So, there are dealers and dealers and of course, managers and managers.
If you want to be treated with respect, with people that answer the phone, with people that are cordial, don't go to Cambridge Kia.
