2 cars there - 1st for 10 months, car was new with 3500km after 3 weeks, towed there and ended up major issues. Told under warranty then other problem appeared and now they say we have to pay $19,522k - 2nd after 3 weeks, towed there and ended up major issues. Told under warranty then other problem appeared and now they say we have to pay $19,522k - 2nd car towed there Dec 22nd when asked in June status, they said not here - no keys no file, but yet we have proof that roadside assistance brought there - I had to tell service advisor to go into his parking found the car. So for 6 months, this car was in there lot, no one care! and still not fix. In my 15+years managing large fleet, this is by far my worst experience. More
I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. Our salesman, Jad, straight up lied to us in his sales pitch. Told us our car came with free oil changes for life. We asked details about it because we were skeptical. He insisted, free oil change every 6000km regardless of how much we drive. Made the purchase and given a delivery date. Weeks went by past the delivery date with no update from Jad, despite multiple calls, emails and txt msgs. And this after he told us to ‘reach out any time and he’ll get back to us’. Chased him for weeks and had to show up in person to receive any information. Finally got our car, he asked us to give him a 10/10 on the satisfaction surgery they were going to email us, and that if we did, he’d offer us a free car detailing. This definitely shows that any positive review they get can’t be trusted because it very well may have been paid for. We then arrived back at the dealership for our first free oil change and were told by service that it was not showing on the system that we have this service. I spoke with the sales manager who said it should appear on our bill of sale if Jad sold us this service. Obviously it does not appear on our bill of sale because he never even told us it came at a cost. He advertised it to us as ‘just a perk they offer’. So now the biggest selling feature for this vehicle is not something they’ll honor us, all while Jad pretends he ‘doesn’t remember what he said to us’. Jad also spent his time with us during the sales pitch for complaint about this dealership and express how awfully they treat their employees. He told us he was actively looking for another job and couldn’t wait to leave them behind. Seems like overall, between the employees and dealership, they’re just overall dishonest and just looking for the quick sale. The second they have your money, they’re don’t care to ensure you’ll be a returning customer. Do not trust this dealership. Do not trust Jad. Do not spend your money there. More
2018 Kai Niro. 2 major issues: 1. Slow A/C Refrigerant leak - dealership recommend replacing the $3500.00 electric compressor. Compressor was working fine, and 2 major issues: 1. Slow A/C Refrigerant leak - dealership recommend replacing the $3500.00 electric compressor. Compressor was working fine, and not the source of the leak, I had a private garage who could be trusted to properly fix the issue for about $1000.00 .vs. the dealership costing approx. $5000.00. 2.HVAC vent selector motor in dash would not work on Front Defrost vents. Dealership said the motor was working fine and that I must have an obstruction in the heater ducting, they recommended replacing the whole heating unit for the car fort $4000.00 + tax. I declined and took my car to another dealer who indicated they would just replace the defective motor at a cost substantially lower then the dealer. Bottom line - Hunt club kia service dept. appears to like charging the maximum dollar amount for non-standard service issues. I would not recommend this dealership for service work due to their expensive service quotes. Find a more cost effective service dept. that only does the work required to fix the actual issue. More
Worst dealership in Ontario, serviceanager tried to lie through her teeth. My fiance has a forte that came with a warranty package that includes free oil changes for life ( that's how THE DEALERSHIP advert through her teeth. My fiance has a forte that came with a warranty package that includes free oil changes for life ( that's how THE DEALERSHIP advertises it, however they have recently decided if you don't perform their recommended maintenance package they will no longer follow through, and tried convincing and insisting to my fiance that she will pay more to do it herself which is an absolute bold face lie. If you buy from Kia stay away from the warranty's. We were looking at upgrading to an SUV there soon as my fiance is pregnant, but now there's a 0% chance I deal with them again. And the device manager thinks it's on to act incredibly snarky with customers which in my opinion isn't good practice. More

I went in to Kia on Huntclub with the intent to purchase a new Kia Telluride. We had purchased 2 cars there in 2020 (a Telluride and a Soul). I was trading in the 2020 Telluride which we loved (and still a new Kia Telluride. We had purchased 2 cars there in 2020 (a Telluride and a Soul). I was trading in the 2020 Telluride which we loved (and still do). On my first visit I wanted to purchase the Xline trim level. After some negotiations I realized that it was not in my budget. The next day, I texted and scheduled an appointment with the salesmen I was dealing with. As I pulled in the parking lot he texted me and asked if I could postpone the appointment by an hour. I decided to wait in the waiting lounge. When he finally was able to come and talk to me we quickly discussed the fact that I was thinking about going with the lower SX line. (I was hoping to go with the Panthera Grey). The salesmen mentioned that they do not have one in stock and it would be at least the end of April before they get one in. He also states that if I am ok with the Black he would make me a great deal and possible save a couple of thousand dollars. Unfortunately an emergency came up and I had to take off for a few minutes. When I got back the first thing he tells me is that the person who appraised my vehicle the first time I was in, was not qualified and he only used Autotrader to assess the value of my vehicle. That being said, they wanted to reduce the amount of my appraisal by $3000 dollars. The salesmen tells me that they were willing to accept the earlier appraisal but not willing to negotiate any further than that. Meaning the reduced price that was mentioned before I had to leave was off the table. Also, they wanted to charge labour charges on the hitch and wiring that I wanted installed before I picked the car up. I have purchased may cars and motorcycles in the past and I have never had to pay installation charges on parts that were purchased in the initial negotiations. At the end of the day I had to ask for my keys back many times, which they had asked for to reappraise my trade in. The first time I asked for them back was when I asked why the price online for the hitch and wiring was different from the price they were giving me. Thats when the salesmen said that I was saving money because they were not charging me the FULL cost of installation of the hitch and wiring. I then asked for my keys again. The salesmen kept asking me if there was anything they could do to finalize the deal. At that point I said no. Please bring my keys back. I had to repeat that many times. Finally, the salesmen went back to the sales managers office. (I followed staying back about 20 ft) I hear the sales manager say offer him $500 off. As the salesmen turns to walk out of the office I look at him and tell him he do not return without my keys. As I am walking out of the dealership, the salesmen keeps asking me why I am upset at him. I told him I am upset at the situation. I was told one thing then everything changed. I am glad this happened. I was actually going to recommend this dealership to my 87 year old father in law who wants to trade his Hyundai in for a new vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this dealership for sales. They are pushy and will always ask for something physical from you so that you cannot leave without persistence. More
Last month, I went ti Hunt Club Kia in Ottawa just to get some help in opening up my two key fobs. Well, for starters, the service desk person put them in backwards (As noted in the first repair invoice), t some help in opening up my two key fobs. Well, for starters, the service desk person put them in backwards (As noted in the first repair invoice), then their attempts to get the fobs to work in that state resulted in the alarm going off repeatedly and xxxxing up my starter. They charged $863 to fix what THEY broke. Then when I came to pick the car up, thye had left an air hose off which my engine run poorly and with unusual sounds, so I had it towed back to their shop to rectify. When I picked it up after that, the second invoice noted that the power steering module was making a funny noise. Of course, they neither fixed it, nor mentioned it to me. I got it towed again to another ship, that quoted $2K to fix the problem, which I did NOT have prior to coming to their gyp shop the first time. Dilawri, a brand of incompetents, thieves and utter moral cretins. More
