My car initially went in for a wheel alignment, and then ended up finding numerous “problems” with it. Rather than having my car back the next day, I ended up getting my car 3 weeks later: every two days I ended up finding numerous “problems” with it. Rather than having my car back the next day, I ended up getting my car 3 weeks later: every two days I would call them and they would tell me it would be ready the next day. Although they had my car for 3 weeks, and me asking numerous times, they never gave me a rental/lender. After finally getting my car back, after a week of driving the wheel bearings they replaced had both broken, and they forgot to tighten the hub bolts. Although they seem very cooperate and helpful upfront, they will end up costing you much more than you plan, will not be helpful throughout the process, and you will get your car back in mediocre condition. Wouldn’t recommend, you could get better, faster and more helpful service from a small mechanic shop. More
This is an unreasonable and time-wasting dealership. I placed an order for a KIA Carvinal SX two months ago and paid the full deposit. The salesperson Abdul rahman elhariri kept assuring me that the car I placed an order for a KIA Carvinal SX two months ago and paid the full deposit. The salesperson Abdul rahman elhariri kept assuring me that the car would arrive by the end of September. Today, I received news that the salesperson sold the car to someone else, using the excuse that they called me but received no answer. However, I didn't receive any calls, messages, or emails. No one would accept such unreasonable treatment. Furthermore, the dealership has not refunded my deposit. I have all the chat records and screenshots, and I will share them on every platform I know, including neighboring dealerships, to make sure everyone knows about this. I hope people won't waste their time at this dealership. More
Initial contact good over the phone. Once you get there it's another story. The sales staff confuse you with sleazy tactics The whole experience is supposed to be positive buying a new car I'm interested in, not there to just waste their time. Agree on trade, price, take my preauthorization. Then get put sales agreement finalized for me to sign with an extra $500 mysteriously added to a subtotal under my lien. I question it, Chris Wazen tells me, must be an error with the software, he'll contact them the next day. I say, no. You just put it in yourself. Go back next day finalize financing. Expecting to sign a sales agreement? Guy tells me he can't print it, I don't have the VIN, I say, it's right there in the incoming stock listing. Then he says, but I don't have a stock #. (It's in the website AD) this vehicle is due to land July 6th. Needless to say, I legally haven't purchased anything, signed anything. And they are in possession of my original car ownership?? I don't believe they have any intention of following through with this agreement and some excuse will be given next Friday, why the deal can't be fulfilled. My guess, they are entertaining multiple offers, and just stringing me along as contingency. Never experienced anything as misleading as the racket these guys are running at this dealership. Could be bordering on illegal to keep my ownership with no contract. More
I a new car quote I was quoted "admin" fee of $599 and "Dilawri Value Package" or $699. I asked what the second fee was for and was told it covered things like Ubers when the car is serviced. I said I'd "Dilawri Value Package" or $699. I asked what the second fee was for and was told it covered things like Ubers when the car is serviced. I said I'd rather pay as needed. I was told the first admin fee was a Kia Admin Fee. I said are you saying that this is a fee mandated and collected by Kia, the manufacturer? I was told yes. I said I was not aware of any manufacturers collecting such fees and wasn't it just a fee charged by Dilawri? I was told no, it's a Kia Admin Fee. I rephrased the question one more time and got the same answer. This is grossly misleading as no such fees are charged by Kia More
I'm not a easy person to sell a car to or deal with, I had alot of demands, but sales rep Eric Pilon was amazing with us. He was quick to answer questions we had, he understood our budget, worked with us, had alot of demands, but sales rep Eric Pilon was amazing with us. He was quick to answer questions we had, he understood our budget, worked with us, found us a car. And his after care while going through paperwork and insurance was out of this world. Great guy to deal with I would definitely work with him again. He went above and beyond when dealing with us. Overall the experience with the store was positive, the finance person Imad was very good, he did try to upsell us on warranty but we wanted an extended warranty anyway, and he respected us on what we were willing to spend and worked with our budget. We arrived a bit late on the day we bought our car, and to finalize everything they had to stay past closing to complete everything but we were made to feel at home and comfortable. This was our first time buying a KIA and overall it was a good experience. More

Went to buy new one and was told paint / fabric protection was all ready ordered with the vehicle that was canceled previous. Found out from factory that they don’t send them from factory that way. They just wanted to up sell you from the beginning for $3200!!! . Brought my Kia in for 2nd opinion and was told there is no issues with gaskets or oil leaks. Will never deal with Kia again ✅ More

We had a great experience buying our first Kia. Our sales rep Eric Pilon was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to work with. He understood our wants and needs and delivered. Our sales rep Eric Pilon was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to work with. He understood our wants and needs and delivered. The overall experience at the dealership was excellent. Our financing was handled by Kazem Rida who was very thorough and explained everything in detail which resulted in a smooth and swift transaction. Based on this first experience at Kia on Hunt Club we highly recommend this dealership and we would use their services again. Happy customers - Kris and Victor. More
