I went to this place to purchase used expensive suv . They said that they did a $500 brake service when I got the suv the brakes were all rusted and now ruining my tires making them brown also when turnin They said that they did a $500 brake service when I got the suv the brakes were all rusted and now ruining my tires making them brown also when turning corners they grind from corrosion .I talked to them and they say passed safety don’t care please if your reading this go see the other Kia dealer don’t end up like me dealing with pramod sales person More

Sales staff Julian was very helpful as was Lukas on the day we were able to pick up the car after Service Canada delays. However on our second visit to get the car we did not do a walk around and when we g day we were able to pick up the car after Service Canada delays. However on our second visit to get the car we did not do a walk around and when we got back to Kemptville we saw a long scratch on the divers back door and the fender. I have a picture of the day we made the down payment and I can take a picture as it is now..We only drove it to the garage where we getting it certified. I know it was an as is purchase but the deep scratch happened while the car was in your care and on your lot. I ask for your response. Ralph Taylor More

I’ve always had great service when I bring my car in. They clearly tell me how long everything will take, and it’s always accurate—or even finished early. From the moment I walk in and hand over my keys, They clearly tell me how long everything will take, and it’s always accurate—or even finished early. From the moment I walk in and hand over my keys, everything is explained and taken care of. If any questions come up during the service, they come directly to me in the waiting room to discuss them, which I really appreciate.
