At the time of purchase, all terms of the transaction, including the deposit and vehicle selection, are clearly reviewed and agreed to prior to signing. Deposits are applied toward a confirmed purchase and are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement. In this case, after the agreement was completed, we were advised that you no longer wished to proceed with the selected vehicle on the following day. While we made efforts to review alternative options within our inventory, you had already decided to pursue a different vehicle elsewhere. We understand that preferences can change, however, a change of decision after signing does not alter the agreed terms. We remain committed to operating with transparency and ensuring all customers have full clarity before proceeding with any purchase.
