After the transfer of owners, downhill. A sales rep when I considered upgrading my vehicle was uninterested and made the experience unacceptable. Then service quality declined. Advised I needed to replace parts without providing what the root cause was. Their own internal staff commented on how bad the dealership is and it's all about the almighty dollar.
