This was our first deal with Capital. We went in and met with Shelby, and Steve also came up and introduced himself. They both took the time to really listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle. Shelby was amazing at finding something that fit our budget while still getting us what we wanted. There were a few hiccups along the way, but she went above and beyond — with Steve’s help as well — to make sure everything worked out. In the end, it all turned out great. We would definitely recommend Capital and especially Shelby. She truly goes the extra mile and makes the whole process no-pressure and hassle-free.

Mikaela, our sales associate was wonderful, prompt responses to requests for information on the Envision Avenir we were dealing on, very personable, honest, and forthcoming. Jade Siffledeen who handled the finance end also bent over backwards for us explaining everything in detail and helping us with add-on packages and getting us the best deal possible. The service department personnel were great as well, both the service writer we dealt with and after purchase of the vehicle made room for us on a holiday to check on a strong odor concern that turned out to be just undercoat curing. Jade Melnychuk, sales manager and Liane Menzel, finance manager, were most helpful in all our dealings with them.
