Repair Issue I originally purchased my vehicle from this dealership. My engine light came on about 4 weeks ago. I took the car in and was informed that I needed to I originally purchased my vehicle from this dealership. My engine light came on about 4 weeks ago. I took the car in and was informed that I needed to spend over $3000.00 to repair the car as the main electrical harness needed to be replaced. This was a shock to me and I told them to leave the car, I paid them for the diagnostics. The next day I took the car to another garage who I have dealt with in the past. I never told them what Yonge Steeles for told me. About an hour later I get a call to tell me that a sensor had to be replaced and the cost of labour would be under $250.00. I told them to fix it. I called Yonge Steeles and left 3 messages for Navin to call me back as I felt I needed to discuss this with him. To date, he has never called me back. Sorry I cannot rate this dealership as far as I am concerned they are a bunch of rip off artists. I really do not like posting things like this but Yonge Steeles is a big company and needs to be held accountable for trying to rip people off. More

Just don't!!! Leased a car from Sunil he is rude, doesn't answer questions and really only wanted to speak to the male. Sunil was rude and obnoxious. didn't want to answer any of our questions and concerns. When i asked to speak to a Manager he said he has no managers and refuse to provide me with his business card ( took them away from his desk so i wont be able to take one). After we left his office we saw the general manager Anil Chopra which i recognized from the ad in the newspaper, and told him about his employee's poor customer service he walked away, i told him that i will write a review and contact OMVIC, he replied " are you threatening me, you can go anywhere you want". This concluded my experience with them. Never purchase a vehicle from these guys they are thieves and liars. Go to any other dealership but this one. More

BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER!!!!!!! We sat with Gilles when we were leasing a vehicle 4 years ago. At that time the lease allowed for 60,000 km over the 4 years. He showed us am option we could purchase so we signed up and paid $1,500.00 + to receive the 100,000 km's. Now that we have returned the vehicle, we get a bill for the km's being over the allowed amount!!!! What a bunch CROOKS!!!! They tell us we bought an extended warranty for 100,000. Why would anyone in their right mind but a warranty that would not even be used if you are only allowed 60,000!!! If we thought that we were going to go over the km's we would have returned the vehicle and paid the penalty....way cheaper than the bill we just received. I will never buy another anything form this sneaky dealership!!!! I will also encourage our company and all it's contact's to not even consider using this dealership!!!!!!!! More
