Great and reliable service I leased a new Lincoln MKX from another dealership in Scarborough. I was told that the work was completed when in fact nothing was done. Out of frustration I contacted Yonge Steeles for the same thing. I was asked to come in and discuss this with Navin. He took the time to listen to what happened and immediately brought my car in and kept it until the problem was repaired correctly. I'm so impressed with the service that I referred a friend of mine who ended up leasing 3 vehicles and I referred a relative that bought a car. In fact I'm so satisfied with the service that I just leased a new car from Yonge Steeles. This is the only dealership I would do business with. More

We came to a price including a tonneau and a bed liner for the V6 engine. spent the next two days comparing that price to other dealerships in the area and no one could come close. i decided that i would go with this vehicle and called back and gave all my information and visa number. An hour later i was told the price i was quoted was for the less expensive 5.0L and did not include a tonneau or bed liner. I have the quote in writing from the leasing manager and they refuse to honour our agreement and instead are trying to get me to buy the 5.0L engine truck, the one they lied to me and told me they did not have on the lot. Also the price has gone up to $100 higher per month than advertised including a larger down payment. All very shady and unprofessional. pay a little more and avoid all headaches from these crooks. More

Pathetic I purchased my 2012 Ford Escape in 2012 brand new, the moment I drove off the lot I went to the car wash, touchless of course, only to be mortified wh I purchased my 2012 Ford Escape in 2012 brand new, the moment I drove off the lot I went to the car wash, touchless of course, only to be mortified when I looked in the rear view mirror and saw water streaming in...I immediately took the truck back to Ford and imagine my dismay when I was told that I would have to come back and have the seal replaced.. that was the beginning of the nightmare...I returned 3 times in the first year to have that same seal replaced every time I was told that it needed to be kept clean and dry so that there would be no issues...on top of that my wait time was NEVER less than and hour and a half on a few occassions I waited almost 3 and a half hours and that was just for an oil change at a scehduled appointment. In the 2 years that I have had my truck it has been one issue after another and each and every time there is an excuse, now that my warranty is up Ford cannot help me and there is still water coming in the back window of the hatch. When I contacted ford of Canada they said I would have to pay the going rate and that they could not help, what a joke. It was never fixed the first time but they always managed to make and excuse and find other so called problems with the truck so that they could try to get money out of me...Now not only is water coming in the back it is also sitting inside the door after a rain fall, but that is my problem according to Ford...I wish I never purchased one and now I am stck with this lemon More
