Used car experience A couple of weeks ago I talking about a 2015 mustang GT that i wanted to buy on the phone with a sales rep, and I was given numbers for my trade in A couple of weeks ago I talking about a 2015 mustang GT that i wanted to buy on the phone with a sales rep, and I was given numbers for my trade in for this car, I asked to put a down payment and he says we will discuss that tomorrow, tomorrow came and the salesman says car sold, what kind of a dealer is this, then he has the nerve to call me a weeks later to say he has another one like lt wrong colour and way more money, obviously they will say anything to make a deal, why would I even go anywhere near this place, total dishonest dealer that cant wait for their commission, just plain liars, salesmans name Malik , only good thing is I found a better vehicle and price the next week somewhere else.. I was told inspection will take 2 hours, which I agreed………….and then problems start to pop up out of nowhere: o put new battery in a key – 210$+130$ labour o Last visit they estimated to fix loose bumper would cost 160$, after that visit it jumped, with no explanation to 404$+130$ labour, saying just - “that is the price!” o Check for vibration - ALL 4 Tires have to be replaced, ALL 4 metal cord inside damaged. Tires - Pirelli bought 3 year ago and we have winter set, with total millage of 60K, minus winter 20K, 40K for Pirelli is nothing, they are not worn out at all. Explanation: that summer was abnormal hot and usually all metal cables inside are shifting, I asked how they determine that, answer “oh that is the industry standard, that is why all 4 tires need to be replaced with new set of tires for the price of 925$. Tires in very good condition and I consider it pure scam, wonder how many drivers fall it, without realising. o Determined - steering angle sensor not working with bunch of codes, but not just sensor can be replaced, WHOLE steering rack must be replaced……because it is bended. We never had any accidents, my wife driving that car extremely carefully and never hit pot whole which could cause steering rack to bend. Price 2013$+520$ labour + all 4 wheels alignment 150$ (why alignment of rear wheels?). After confronting “Specialist” why price is so high, he jumped and we went to parts department to check on computer, and computer showed price 1600$, then he simply crossed 2013$ and wrote price of 1600$. Calling Ford Canada, I was notified that each dealer operates independently and they have NO control over, also each dealer can estimate price…..…whatever they want, it came down, that exactly what they’ve done to me, if I would agree on all, total cost would be over 4000$. In a meantime went to another garage for second opinion, no tires should be replaced, sensor was not faulty, car drives perfectly, no problem. Second garage suggested to come for inspection after driving for a while, just to make sure. Stay away from these crooks More

Everything we asked to be done was and the vehicle looked brand new and was ready exactly as arranged. It was a great experience, and the used car manager came and congratulated us before we left with out new truck. I would definitely recommend Pavlin to anyone he made our experience pleasant. In that time I have personally leased a 2008 Ford Edge and tw I have been dealing with Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln Sales Limited for the past 8 years. In that time I have personally leased a 2008 Ford Edge and two Lincoln MKX's. My son has leased two vehicles, a Ford Focus and a Ford Escape. My mother leased a Ford Escape, and my business purchased a Ford F150. We have been treated very well by Anu our sales representative and the service provided by Navin and the Service Department goes way beyond my expectations, each and every time. As their advertising states, "if you haven't visited Yonge-Steeles Ford, you probably paid too much!" In addition, if you don't get your Ford or Lincoln serviced there, you'll never know what great service is! I can afford to drive any luxury brand I choose and I choose Lincoln because of Yonge-Steeles. More
Wasted my time They had a specifically spec'd vehicle I was looking for. Not easy to find. Called the dealer and spoke to a sales person on a Tuesday and said I wo They had a specifically spec'd vehicle I was looking for. Not easy to find. Called the dealer and spoke to a sales person on a Tuesday and said I would like to come up Wednesday to see and drive it. Wednesday I get there and the sales person says it is on one of their other lots. Ok bit if a pain but still make arrangements to come the next Monday 10 am. I get there Monday and sales person is 25 minutes late and the vehicle is not there. It was sent back to the other lot. I wait for them to go and get it. Get into the vehicle to test drive it and sales person says it's sold but we could still test drive it.. Total waste of my time and will not be going back there again. I was very clear that I needed that particular vehicle and was not interested in anything other than that spec. I hear that this is a high volume dealership. Imagine how many more vehicles they could sell if they were a good dealership. I didn't test drive it either because that is not fair to the new owner of the vehicle and sale person was unethical to still allow me to test drive it. More

Great and reliable service I leased a new Lincoln MKX from another dealership in Scarborough. My nightmare started when I brought it in to that dealership, multiple times for th I leased a new Lincoln MKX from another dealership in Scarborough. My nightmare started when I brought it in to that dealership, multiple times for the same problem, which was covered under warranty. I was told that the work was completed when in fact nothing was done. Out of frustration I contacted Yonge Steeles for the same thing. I was asked to come in and discuss this with Navin. He took the time to listen to what happened and immediately brought my car in and kept it until the problem was repaired correctly. I'm so impressed with the service that I referred a friend of mine who ended up leasing 3 vehicles and I referred a relative that bought a car. In fact I'm so satisfied with the service that I just leased a new car from Yonge Steeles. This is the only dealership I would do business with. More
