I bought a brand new Ford escape from them in 2022. It had 25 km things were going great until it hit 7000 km and my transmission started acting up so long story short I’ve had to bring my vehicle back It had 25 km things were going great until it hit 7000 km and my transmission started acting up so long story short I’ve had to bring my vehicle back every 2 to 3 months because they still haven’t figured out or fix the problem in the manager of their service and maintenance is very rude arrogant and doesn’t know how to treat or act professional like a manager. Should he spends more time outside smoking cigarettes than actually managing and making sure the service department is running like a well oiled machine, so I would highly recommend , you do not purchase a vehicle from them or any Ford vehicle More
I had very bad experience with Yonge Steeles ford Lincoln. I bought the Ford Lightning from them in August 2023. Since then the Ford lightning has a problem with it's Frunk and some OTA Software upd Lincoln. I bought the Ford Lightning from them in August 2023. Since then the Ford lightning has a problem with it's Frunk and some OTA Software update services (letter 23B70 from Ford company) in Nov 2023 I try to call and setup service appointment with Yonge Steeles ford' service department but its so hard to get though their system and unfriendly services call center. I complaint to my Sales Rep (Mr. Aravind) and got the name of Service person, Mr. Tony Soprano, he said he will call me back to schedule the service but he never call back, I try to call him a few more time and give up. Finally I have to call and get the service with Yorkdale Ford Lincoln, all my truck problems were solved smoothly within a week. even though I didn't buy the truck from them. More
I had very bad experience with Yonge Steeles ford. When I called back , the service manager his name mark Silverman threatened me if I go back to the dealer shop he will charge me. I got first maintenance service of my vehicle from this dealership, they didn't change the filter, they said filter is out of stock. There was a chip on brand new vehicle when I bought it, they said th dealership, they didn't change the filter, they said filter is out of stock. Mark Silverman the service manager, is extremely disrespectful, does not know how to treat a customer, threatened me physically and threatened to call the police. Told me I am not welcome in the dealership anymore, and why? Because I came to ask a few service questions and let him know that they’ve been hard to reach over the phone. Him and a group of at least 5-6 others stood around me at my vehicle, continuously argued with me, and have no idea what customer service means. The general manager Gagat Navani was not helpful either. Most awful dealership experience I’ve ever had. More
Took my Transit Connect there for a windshield reseal recall. Smashed the windshield, excessive damage around the window and doors, glass shards throughout the van, and no communication about what took p recall. They refused to return my vehicle to me because they wanted to only do what Ford would pay them to do, making it impossible for me to take my van elsewhere for repair. None of my emails or phone messages have been returned since the damaged happened 6 months ago, until I told them I was taking them to court for the cost, damage etc. I was then threatened that they would sue me, which would be because I need to sue them in order to recover my losses. Their threats add insult to injury but that is how they do business. More

Mark Silverman was the most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with. He was rude and arrogant despite the fact that his service team made several mistakes. No regard for the satisfaction of his custome ever dealt with. He was rude and arrogant despite the fact that his service team made several mistakes. No regard for the satisfaction of his customers or their time. I will never use this dealership again and recommend nobody else uses this dealership for any services. The attitude I received was honestly pretty disgusting and disappointing from a representative of such a major company. More
