Stay away ! The worst customer service and the worst service I did an appointment online for an oil change and asked for first time in the morning 7am-8am Saturday. The website is telling you that in 4 hours som I did an appointment online for an oil change and asked for first time in the morning 7am-8am Saturday. The website is telling you that in 4 hours someone will call you to discuss your appointment. They lie to you!. After 2 days i got an email that they are extremely busy and scheduled me for the second Saturday at 9 am. I answered back and ask an appointment for 7-7:30 in the morning. Again no answer for 2 days !!. However, on Saturday of the appointment I have been at 8:30 am at the dealer. The advisor - Ravi is his name - told me that that will take 2.5 hours to get the oil changed. He claimed that they are busy and the scheduled is not something that they are looking at. I asked to talk with a manager and he took me to the sweet lady Ruth. She promised me that by 10 I will be out of the door. At 10:30am I asked Ravi if he can see if my car is ready or not. His answer was a very rude NO. Short story, the car was ready around 10:45 and I have to wait another half an hour to get my car from the valet !!!! So if an oil change is taking around 3 hours, think about how long is taking to get something else. Don't even think about taking your car at this service. More

I was driving by the other day and wondered if I could just drop in for service. I called the service number on my cell phone and got voicemail. By the way, it seems that when I call, every time that I call that I always only get voicemail. They do not answer the phone in the service department. Instead, they let it ring so that they can return the call at their convenience instead of giving us good service by answering the call when they actually can. I didn't leave a message. Instead, I was in the service department within about two minutes of my call and here is what I saw: There were 3 people at the check-in desk happily chatting away to one another. They appeared to me as not too busy to answer the phone. This has proved my suspicion about being ignored. Then I looked over at the 5 service advisors and saw that not even one of them had a customer to deal with except one who was on the phone. OK, It is possible that he was actually talking about business and I don't know for sure. My point is that of the 7 people there that could have answered my phone call, none of them would lift a finger. They were all just chatting amongst themselves, or more interested in what was on their computer screens. In any case, I got to talk to a service advisor and left my vehicle there since he said that they could get to it later in the day. That was yesterday. Today I have called twice and left messages each time. Now, all I can think of is what I saw yesterday. Everyone sitting around chatting and letting the phone ring for someone else to answer. I run a business as well too. I saw this exact same thing happen in my company as well. The employee thought that it works much better for them to let voicemail to take the call. Now you and I both know that by treating our calls that way, that this dealership is not going to have us driving away with a smile on our face. However, with that said, I would also like to add that my service advisor and my service mechanic took excellent care of me. I am sure that they did the best that they could. As much as wanted to smile when I left the dealership, mainly because the episode was over, I found that I just could not do that because I kept looking at the entire experience and there were too many that let me down. I certainly hope that the management of this dealership reads my comments and takes action to resolve this problem. More
Worst customer service Worst experience of my life. Was told vehicle would be ready for pick up at 11am and not to be late or they would not be able to serve me. Once there they took me out showed me my vehicle and guided me to the lounge where I sat for 2 hours until they brought they paper work. Once the lady came to do the paper work she had the wrong papers and thatbtook another hour to get the other papers as "the new guy" screwed up and Ford Credit Canada had approved a lease and a finance on the same vehicle. Another 2 hours later the paper work was finally ready signed everything and drove my vehicle home. A total of 6 hours was taken to get this vehicle after they told me not to be late. I lost a day of work. Now 2 months later the dealer ship is calling me to tell me that the paper work is wrong (on my part) and that a payment has yet to be received. Now having to deal with this with all the excuses every time I call "he's on the phone please hold then answers oh he has customers in his office" WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. More

Repair Issue I originally purchased my vehicle from this dealership. My engine light came on about 4 weeks ago. I took the car in and was informed that I needed to I originally purchased my vehicle from this dealership. My engine light came on about 4 weeks ago. I took the car in and was informed that I needed to spend over $3000.00 to repair the car as the main electrical harness needed to be replaced. This was a shock to me and I told them to leave the car, I paid them for the diagnostics. The next day I took the car to another garage who I have dealt with in the past. I never told them what Yonge Steeles for told me. About an hour later I get a call to tell me that a sensor had to be replaced and the cost of labour would be under $250.00. I told them to fix it. I called Yonge Steeles and left 3 messages for Navin to call me back as I felt I needed to discuss this with him. To date, he has never called me back. Sorry I cannot rate this dealership as far as I am concerned they are a bunch of rip off artists. I really do not like posting things like this but Yonge Steeles is a big company and needs to be held accountable for trying to rip people off. More
Just don't!!! Leased a car from Sunil he is rude, doesn't answer questions and really only wanted to speak to the male. It's an independent dealership so ford Canada cannot help. Don't go there!!! More

Sunil was rude and obnoxious. didn't want to answer any of our questions and concerns. When i asked to speak to a Manager he said he has no managers and refuse to provide me with his business card ( took them away from his desk so i wont be able to take one). After we left his office we saw the general manager Anil Chopra which i recognized from the ad in the newspaper, and told him about his employee's poor customer service he walked away, i told him that i will write a review and contact OMVIC, he replied " are you threatening me, you can go anywhere you want". This concluded my experience with them. Never purchase a vehicle from these guys they are thieves and liars. Go to any other dealership but this one. More
