Excellent Service I bought a used vehicle from another dealership. I was having issues with my truck and I brought it to Yonge Steeles to repair the problem but it was I bought a used vehicle from another dealership. Nav suggested that I speak to Gagan and Paul and see what they could do to help. With their guidance, I was able to come to the decision of buying a new vehicle and it didn't cost me a lot to make the trade. More
Oil changes take far too long. Vehicle came with free oil changes, but they take over 90 minutes to change oil. However, the service department was very unorganized !First the newly painted bumper of my truck was power washed off by an employee cleaning the truck. This now pushed my pick up date back another week for my new truck. A week after I purchased my vehicle I found I needed new front brakes ! C.K. was great, we made an appointment to have the vehicle looked over as this should have been addressed when the safety was done! I arrived for my appointment early and met with C.K. who then introduced me to Chris the service manager, and I was told he would be right with me. 4 hours passed and I had to call C.K. ( WHO HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY) to find out what was going on! They then told me they were going to rent a vehicle for me to use as they couldn't get to my truck in, in a timely manner. When I was picked up by the rental company, I then had to secure the vehicle and put a $300.00 deposit with my credit card down so I could use the rental. when I picked up my truck the next day after finding they had to install new front rotors and brake pads ! The gentleman who brought my truck to me had an odd look on his face, but I didn't pay much attention to this at the time. When I arrived home I found out why he looked so odd!! The back bumper of my truck on the right side was scrapped !! I didn't bother notifying the dealership as I didn't want anything more to happen to my truck, or be without it for another extended time period! Great sales people and large inventory , but the service department \ mechanics are a nightmare!! More

Free oil change from the dealer , but end up went only one time ----- too much time consuming ...appointment , shuttle to rent place , rent and then return then again to the dealer to pick up ..... Do not know what to do with the new .... but did not buy the free oil service for sure . the new 2018 F150 XLT just start driving two weeks ........ so far very smoothly going and comfortable . three hours none stop driving , not tired at all .... big room and high seats are the main benefit .So for long distance driving I strongly recommend TRUCK , not sedan. The pricing and quality for the new ? too early to say ........... service of sales guy is perfect from what I felt ---- young and fresh ----hope I got a reasonable deal , this matters all .----- --From my heart More

The WORST possible experience with a dealership . They do not give a xxxx about customers at all. I wanted to transfer my lease, and the lady who is responsible for lease transfer in this dealership . They do not give a xxxx about customers at all. I wanted to transfer my lease, and the lady who is responsible for lease transfer in this dealership told me it took 10 to 12 days to receive the documents. You know why 10-12 days? She wanted to take a vacation. She said, "If they do come earlier I will get someone else to assist you while I'm away." After 12 days, I called Ford finance to check why it takes so much time. Surprisingly Ford finance stated that they had faxed the document 6 days ago. So the dealership had the documents within the last 6 days, and although I did follow up with them, they did not inform me. That is not the only issue. The dealership told me the cost of lease transfer cost is 600CAD plus tax. However, I checked this cost with Ford finance, and it is 450CAD plus tax!!!! I also checked with two other dealerships, and they confirmed that the transfer cost is 450CAD plus tax. Yonge Steels Ford dealership unreasonably wastes your valuable time and takes your money if you trust them. I will never ever buy or lease a Ford again. More
