The WORST possible experience with a dealership . They do not give a xxxx about customers at all. I wanted to transfer my lease, and the lady who is responsible for lease transfer in this dealership . They do not give a xxxx about customers at all. I wanted to transfer my lease, and the lady who is responsible for lease transfer in this dealership told me it took 10 to 12 days to receive the documents. You know why 10-12 days? She wanted to take a vacation. She said, "If they do come earlier I will get someone else to assist you while I'm away." After 12 days, I called Ford finance to check why it takes so much time. Surprisingly Ford finance stated that they had faxed the document 6 days ago. So the dealership had the documents within the last 6 days, and although I did follow up with them, they did not inform me. That is not the only issue. The dealership told me the cost of lease transfer cost is 600CAD plus tax. However, I checked this cost with Ford finance, and it is 450CAD plus tax!!!! I also checked with two other dealerships, and they confirmed that the transfer cost is 450CAD plus tax. Yonge Steels Ford dealership unreasonably wastes your valuable time and takes your money if you trust them. I will never ever buy or lease a Ford again. More

Hit and Miss Experience Took my vehicle for service and recall. Asked what service was recommended by Ford at my mileage and was given incorrect information resulting in ext Took my vehicle for service and recall. Although the dealership staff is pleasant and trying to help, they were unable to resolve my situation promptly which left me having to go back at a later date. More
Difficult to deal with I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I bought out of my lease early just so I did not have to deal with this dealership any longer. They are eager to speak to you when you were purchasing but were very slow in getting back to you if you have any questions or issues. Gilles was very rude and abrupt and was the final nail in the casket. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
feed back of service received Fairly prompt service received. I had an oil change and tires rotated which took about an hour. Not only will the staff members be completely rude and give you twisted looks when you ask for help, they will actually yell at you, and continue yelling even after their own managers appear, and by the way the managers do nothing about the their own staff yelling, it’s like they have no control. Probably the best lease experience I have had . My experience at Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln was by far the easiest Leasing deal I have ever had. Gagan and Paul were absolutely Great to deal with My experience at Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln was by far the easiest Leasing deal I have ever had. Gagan and Paul were absolutely Great to deal with. I am recommending this dealership to My friends For sure.. 5 members of my family this year have already leased a vehicle from this dealership. I recommend if you are thinking of leasing Or purchasing a Ford product. Check these guys out before you make a decision. Happy Customer More

I watched my vehicle being driven out of the service bay after the service and parked. I waited about 15 minutes and went to the advisor, his response was "I do not have the paper work yet." I went back about every half hour and got the same Reponse every time. A great deal of customer time wasted for an inability to push paper along!!! More
