Hit and Miss Experience Took my vehicle for service and recall. Too much time wasted Why does it take 1 and a half to two hours for paper work to go from mechanic to service advisor and then for customer pick up??? I watched my vehicle being driven out of the service bay after the service and parked. I waited about 15 minutes and went to the advisor, his response was "I do not have the paper work yet." I went back about every half hour and got the same Reponse every time. A great deal of customer time wasted for an inability to push paper along!!! More
