I had an appointment for 1:00 and my truck didn't see the inside of a garage until 4:00. We're talking about an oil change here. That is absolutely ridiculous. It's almost as if they do it on purpose to deter you from taking advantage of the free oil changes for life they offer with the purchase of a vehicle from them. I get that it's free, but to wait approximately 4 hours for an oil change is inexcusable. More
