It just happened that I was running into problems with my 2005 vehicle and my wife's 2008 was becoming unreliable and refused to spend any more money on it. It was difficult to find 2 year old vehicles privately and started frequenting dealerships. Once at Kanata Toyota I was treated kindly , professionally, and with laughter and fun. All my needs were full filled i.e.: good deal on vehicle, good trade in value on old vehicles which was far better than a private sale or any other offer. Service upon receiving the vehicle was excellent, dealership is amazing with good coffee and massage lounge. In the future I expect no surprise service. Efficient and well done. Thanks to all the staff, front door greetings, sales, service , financial, and management. I got a chance to deal with all of them and the experience was 5 star all the way. I'm sold on the dealership and the brand. Very happy with my new vehicles. More

Taylor Hill was more knowledgeable about the car then any of salespeople we have encountered with from all the dealerships. He was very pleasant overall and provided the most complete test drive that allowed us to experience the full capabilities of the vehicle. If you are in the neighborhood looking for a new Toyota we suggest you ask for Taylor Hill. A very competent, intelligent, friendly and not pushy sales representative. Toyota is lucky to have you. The reason why Kanata Toyota made my first time car buying experience amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive to all questions or concerns had. The reason why I did not rate it “excellent” was due to the fact that there was a miscommunication with how much I owed at pick up date. The monies owed was a $250 difference and while I understood eventually where that difference came from, it should have been stated to me beforehand as opposed to day of. Perhaps communication should have been a little bit better in preparation - or a simple reminder. Nonetheless, it was not significant enough to ruin my experience by any means! Just simply stating this for future sales. More
