Happy or not happy Jonathan help me a lot in process of buying my new Santafe. Although I am not satisfy with hundai customer service because the engine of my last santa Jonathan help me a lot in process of buying my new Santafe. It takes 2 months which I had no car but should pay all payments. And nobody answer me correctly at all I forced to buy a new car. At least I had a good chance to know Jonathan and Cameron in your dealer ship. They helped me a lot. Thanks to them I have a car again. More

Unprofessional and like to waste other poeple time This dealership is the most mismanaged place that I have been. Made an appointment on Wednesday July 3,2019 at 5:30pm to see an used car. We arrived at the appointed time and found out after 15 minutes wait that the car had already been purchased by the sale manager of Thornhill Hyundai, of all the people. Apparently, their internet specialist and this dealership do not communicate effectively about their used car inventory. They like to waste other people time My short time with this dealership left a bitter taste in my mouth. NOT impressed with their professional conduct and will NOT recommend Thornhill Hyundai to anybody. More

Hands down, the Thornhill Hyundai dealership provided the best customer service! Marc Hull was the first to greet and welcome us. We were later helped by Sonia Malik. We found both Marc and Sonia to be professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the "right" car for us. It was a real pleasure dealing with them. More
