Poor Follow Up, Long delays in repairs, Low accountability I've owned the Hyundai already for 3 years and it has since incurred an Engine light issue. There has not been a resolution since I have brought the vehicle in 2.5 months ago for a service. Warranty issue or not, there is not a lot of accountability for timeframe, with massive delays on getting back to you and leaving you hanging with no updates. . Would I recommend buying a vehicle here - perhaps.Would I recommend a place for service where fellow customers appear to be disgruntled and having issues and I endure similar issues myself? No. The bottom line is this. Set expectations and take care of your customers. If your advisor is not in, it seems like the world is doomed and everyone just passes the buck back to that advisor, and says "I can't work on this file". Zero Teamwork in place, other than the receptionist who ALWAYS picks up and gets me to the right department. Kudos to her and her alone. More

Happy or not happy Jonathan help me a lot in process of buying my new Santafe. Although I am not satisfy with hundai customer service because the engine of my last santa Jonathan help me a lot in process of buying my new Santafe. Although I am not satisfy with hundai customer service because the engine of my last santafe suddenly had a serious problem and needs to be changed. It takes 2 months which I had no car but should pay all payments. And nobody answer me correctly at all I forced to buy a new car. At least I had a good chance to know Jonathan and Cameron in your dealer ship. They helped me a lot. Thanks to them I have a car again. More

Unprofessional and like to waste other poeple time This dealership is the most mismanaged place that I have been. Made an appointment on Wednesday July 3,2019 at 5:30pm to see an used car. We arrived This dealership is the most mismanaged place that I have been. Made an appointment on Wednesday July 3,2019 at 5:30pm to see an used car. We arrived at the appointed time and found out after 15 minutes wait that the car had already been purchased by the sale manager of Thornhill Hyundai, of all the people. Apparently, their internet specialist and this dealership do not communicate effectively about their used car inventory. They like to waste other people time My short time with this dealership left a bitter taste in my mouth. NOT impressed with their professional conduct and will NOT recommend Thornhill Hyundai to anybody. More
