service had some service work done at the thornhill hyundai dealership. i normally have had fair service. this time service was above and beyond what i normal had some service work done at the thornhill hyundai dealership. i normally have had fair service. this time service was above and beyond what i normally experience. this was mostly due to the service rep derek at the desk, i notice that the location has a quick turnover of service reps. it seems as if everytime i go i am dealing with someone different. i hope they begin to keep reps around for longer periods of time. this makes the experience much easier and comforting, derek was excellent and fair. I've actually always had a pleasant experience at this dealership, from the time I purchased my vehicle in 2013; I always return here for service. I always wait for the service at the premises and noticed they keep the areas very clean, and revamped at least once in the last 2 years or so.
