I always wait for the service at the premises and noticed they keep the areas very clean, and revamped at least once in the last 2 years or so. Day of my appointment showed up early and was greeted by Derek. He quickly assessed all around, went under the hood and explained all that is included with my oil and filter change, and asked if I had any concerns. He also asked if I was staying and if so, if I knew my way to the waiting area. While I was waiting I saw how well Derek treated his customers.
